Had 9 teeth cut out here 8 days ago today call ed them because i have dry socket and the girl totally lacked empathy saying yea smoking will do that and they are nothing we can do for dry socket when i know is a total lie not to mention i paid cash for this procedure and they charge me for 10 teeth being extracted when they only extract 9 i am very disappointed in them they where really nice until after the procedure idk what changed but the front desk needs lessons on empathy

I guess you had to be from Pikeville for them to be nice to you. They was very rude to us the staff was. The dr was amazing. But his staff wasn't very friendly.
