Had an extraction done on an abscessed wisdom tooth. They took me back almost instantly even though I was a new patient and once the process begun it barely took 15 minutes thanks to their very dedicated and friendly staff. Couldn't say thanks or recommend them enough, seriously great rates when you don't have insurance. Feels like I can go to the dentist and have serious work done without going into debt, couldn't praise them enough!!!

This dental office has went above and beyond in the few appointments I've had so far with them. Everyone is so friendly. Not only do they do amazing work, they are very accommodating, too. One appointment I had was for a root canal. On my way to the office, I received a call that I needed to get my almost 2-year-old from daycare due to short-staffing. I took him with me. I didn't know what else to do. I needed my tooth fixed, but I had no one else to watch him. At first, I thought they would tell me to reschedule. However, they instead continued on with my appointment. It was quite difficult. But this office was extremely understanding.

Dr. Miller u are amazing! Sheryl ur amazing too I hate I could only rate you guy a 5 cause after leaving there today my smile is a 10 just like you guys! You guys rock!

I love how the office has Godly decor. I was treated beyond my expectations! Every single person there was kind and compassionate. They were very attentive to my pain and got to the root of my problem. If i could give them a hundred stars i would!

More stars needed to give this review. Most of all, they care about you, seeing you smile again, and enjoying your favorite foods. They all take pride and care in all they do. Dr. Tony did all the work on my aging teeth. They look beautiful, and I enjoy eating and smiling again. Here it's about making one feel better in many ways. God Bless them all. D.J.B

Doctor was in a rush and pulled my three teeth right after he administered the Novocaine, not allowing full numbing to take affect. I was in extreme pain the whole time and he didn't even prescribed ibuprofen until I called to complain later in the day. This place is exactly why we're scared of going to the dentist. Brutal treatment for their patients. Go somewhere else!

I called dozen of places had no appointments because she had the wrong insurance and a abseese tooth that's absolutely killing her she is my daghter in law and every place I called either didn't take her insurance or they had nothing for months. They are getting her in this morning what a wonderful place. And thanks to Ms Ellen she is the best

I've never had a problem going to the dentist I usually fall asleep lol but Ive been a nurse for 12 years and never had any complaints of being rude to patients. I've not seen not one rude staff member at this office, everyone is very kind and helpful Thanks!!

I have nothing but praise for the friendly, competent staff who made me feel well cared for even staying late to give me excellent care and the welcoming atmosphere created by all of the Angels that day:)

Finding Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Center & Dr. Covey was nothing short of a miracle! Everyone at this facility was amazing. To say I'm terrified of the dentist is an understatement. I needed 3 teeth surgically removed but wanted to be completely knocked out. Unfortunately that wasn't an option, but Dr. Covey made my visit the next best thing! I didn't feel a thing! Him and his assistant were very understanding and answered all questions, explained in detail, very gentle, and didn't mind to pause if I just needed to breathe. I absolutely can not give enough praise to this group!!! Recommend 10/10!!
