Kristin is an amazing hygienist! She took her time and explained what she was doing. Dr. Lucas was great too. I'm glad to have found a dental office I'm comfortable with.

I called on Monday morning because I had broken a corner off of a crown. They told me to come in and Dr. Carly took care of the problem. When you are a patient there they try to take care of the problem asap. Great dentist and staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Carly is fantastic. She fixed my issues I had with my teeth even some I didn't know were fixable. I've been to several dentists over the years and Appalachian Family Dentist is heads above any other service I've had. Friendly great service. She keeps me comfortable and gives me great education about my dental needs. And the staff are amazing and very friendly.

Dr Carly Tipton is FANTASTIC. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist. She immediately put me at ease, has always ensured my comfort during procedures, and takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. I've been seeing her now for 2 years and won't even think of seeing another dentist. The staff is great. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Appalachian Family Dentistry is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. The facilities are impeccably clean, the staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is very calming. I started visiting earlier this year after several years of not seeing a dentist and neglecting my teeth. Dr. Carly explained everything that I needed to have done on my first visit, with no judgment in her voice or demeanor. She has now done two wisdom tooth extractions for me and I have been very pleased with the experience both times. Carly and Logan are both very kind and calming during the procedure. I usually suffer from a lot of anxiety about dental work but here I always feel at ease. Everything is explained during the procedure and time is taken to check in on you and make sure you are doing okay. Someone from the office even calls to check up on you the day after your extraction which is great. I am very pleased to have found such a wonderful practice.

Dr. Carly Tipton and her staff are always so welcoming and very professional! If you ever have any dental questions or concerns, they are extremely helpful and work you in as quickly as they possibly can. One time I had severe sudden pain in a tooth and they had me in that afternoon to check everything out! I am so thankful for them!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. Dr. Carly went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my visit. I've never had a better dental experience, and they've got my business for life.

Appalachian Family Dentistry has a wonderful team that makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Carly replaced a 3 unit bridge that was beyond its useful life. Not only did the final result turn out beautifully, even the temporary looked good. I highly recommend Dr. Carly and crew!

The staff at Appalachian Family Dentistry are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The office is always clean, and welcoming. Dr. Carly is a wonderful dentist who has a wonderful way with her patients. Absolutely love her and her team at Appalachian Family Dentistry!

Like Amber Canter, I experienced the same treatment and now I need the tooth pulled she filled with a filling cause she drilled over half the tooth gone. Also my old crown now has to be pulled as she knocked it off during another procedure and incorrectly put it back on. But as amber conveniently pointed out my insurance mysteriously wasn't accepted and I was dismissed as a patient.

I will say that my experience was the same as H Ski described in the review below. It seems nothing has changed since that review was posted 2 years ago. will never go back.
