Thanks for squeezing me in on such short notice to fix my broken filling that couldn' t be fixed, but still charged me $100 to take xrays & tell me I needed $1300 to get a crown.

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, they got me scheduled within 24 hours of my call, and when they fixed my crown that had fallen out, they took the time to make sure it fit better than before. I really appreciated them explaining everything to me. Clean, professional, sympathetic, and fast, A+

This place is only available for appointments in Greeneville,TN except on Fridays & every other Saturday. Please, do not use the website as a reliable resource. I called thinking it was truly an emergency dental clinic for people with emergency dental issues located in Johnson City,TN. It is not located primarily in Johnson City,TN (unless you want your emergency appointment to be only on Friday or the Saturday they happen to be open in Johnson City,TN). You will be scheduled for Greeneville.The staff I spoke with were unprofessional & kept putting me on hold. They communicated to me that I should have know somehow that the office is not located in Johnson City,TN. I explained my dental problem & was treated & talked to like I was trash.I work in retail management & usually do not complain but I felt obligated as a human being to let others know about my experience. I would suggest updating your website asap & offering customer service training to the folks I spoke with.

My crown fell out on Thursday night. On Friday I called several dentist to get my tooth extracted however I was told several times they were not accepting new patients due to covid & the few dentist that would take new patients their appointments were several weeks away. When I called Appalachian Emergency they were very friendly & said they were full for the day but almost always have a cancellation. Within 1 hour they text me with a cancellation appointment for 6:00pm. When I went in for my appointment. The office staff was very Professional, Caring, Friendly, & Helpful. I didn't wait long. The dentist came in & said that even though the piece under my crown was very tiny she could extract it for me. She was gentle during the procedure. I've had several dental procedures & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist as they are GREAT! They even gave me a 80.00 discount

My husband's teeth have been bothering him so badly lately. Today was the worst ever. They had 2 teeth out within 30mins of arriving. Thank you for helping my husband so efficiently and in such a timely fashion. And everyone there was friendly amd easy to talk to.

Brilliant dentist!! She was caring, professional, and did not hurt me the first time while extracting 2 teeth. which is everyones fear!! I would highly recommend anyone to use their services, and thankfully they have a private practice so ill not be seeing another dentist!!

I had been seen in the Greeneville office for an extraction which went very well, but I developed a dry socket. I called and was seen right away. Staff was very friendly and definitely helped with my problem. I would highly recommend this office.

Really nice staff friendly beautiful nurse and receptionist the dentist really knows what he's doing didn't feel a thing when he took my tooth out I would recommend this place to anyone reasonable prices

My husband had severe tooth pain I called and they got him in immediately! He was in and out in 30 mins. And his tooth pain was taken care of. All the staff was awesome and the doctor was amazing! Also extremely reasonably priced as we don't have insurance. Highly recommend to anyone who needs any work done!

This seemed awesome until they refused to pull a tooth for me that had an abscess under it. 20 minutes before they closed. Literally the next day my abscess blew out and now I have infection in my gum and my face is swelling. Only reason they even get a star in my opinion is for prescribing me Amoxicillin. They gave me a big let down considering this is an emergency in my opinion. I heard them tell others besides myself while I waited for over an hour to be told "We will have to refer you to an Oral Surgeon." Just mind blowing that they say they are Emergency Dentist but refused an emergency situation. Will never recommend anyone here.

I cannot stress this enough, this must be one of the best if not the best emergency dental service in the tri-cities area. They got me in 30 minutes after I had called about a wisdom tooth needing extraction. When I arrived the paperwork was short and simple and the wait to be examined was maybe 10 minutes tops. The staff were very friendly and kind, and made me feel comfortable about the monster that is my mouth. Doctor Stewart was very professional and formed a plan of attack right away. He turned a surgical extraction into a simple extraction using his fantastic genius and saved your boy a whopping $80.00, they even let me hold my tooth! 5-stars, highly recommended, they dont take insurance but for an emergency situation where you're seeking immediate aid, this place has got to be the best.

I called 8 dentists in my insurance for some serious tooth pain I was having and the earliest they could see me was October. I called Appalachian emergency dental abs got in the next day on the weekend. They were kind, and efficient. They made me an appointment to an endodentist that I would need and got me medications to help me until the appointment. It was a great experience! Thank you for your help when I needed it! I would recommend anyone who has an emergency to use this! I did two x-rays and an exam for $100.

Went there last night for three extractions (originally four, but it turns out they found more issues that an oral surgeon needed to look at instead of a regular dentist.) and he was INCREDIBLE, including the assistants. They were all wonderful, and did what they needed to do to fix me right up. I only felt pain during it 3 times and he was quick to listen and fix the issue before he continued on with the extractions. He and the assistant were conversing and joking with me during the procedure, but they never lost focus and kept making sure that I was ok. I've been looking for a dentist that works around my mother's schedule, all the others were a bit sketchy and rude at some points, but these people were phenomenal. If I could give more, I'd leave them more than 5 stars. They did phenomenal on my teeth, and referred me to an oral surgeon that they trusted. I highly reccomend this dentist, they're incredible people and are extremely good at what they do.
