They don''t tell the truth. They took xrays of my wife's teeth charged her $143 then told her to wait for three weeks for insurance approval. Three weeks went by. Called the office wait another week. Insurance said they had the approval almost immediately a month ago. They are so unprofessional . They cannot be trusted.

I went for an estimate on implants and was charged $90 to receive an estimate. Their pricing on caps was $1000 more that most. Won't be going back there!

I do not recommend this place for new patients. If they don't know your dental history they will make stuff up that they want you to do. My first visit was a joke. The assistant spent over an hour 'measuring' my teeth. I've never had that done. I had x-rays done and the measuring and that was it. I had made the appt for a cleaning. Then I was told by Dr. Kherani I needed 3 fillings which was going to take 2 different appts, my crown replaced, my wisdom teeth cut out, and 2 separate appts for cleaning. I've never had one problem with my crown or my wisdom teeth. A few months later I went to another dentist and was told my teeth were perfect and just needed cleaned. No cavities.

This office used to be owned by Dr. Fry who was a great dentist but passed away. At my first visit under new owners, the very young women at the front desk seemed to be very immature, giggly, and uncaring. Of the three, one wore a Covid mask, one wore a mask only over her mouth, not her nose, and the 3rd did not wear a mask at all. I observed a 4th employee walking down the hall with no mask on. However, they were requiring all their patients to wait in their cars and have masks on when they are in the building. I politely pointed this out to the owner. The next time I visited, I saw the exact same thing. I just walked out, never to return.

I requested an appointment online. After calling back and speaking to the lady-I was informed they do not care for 5 year olds. Um then why say you take children from infancy to adult on your website?? Was it because I am self paying? That's a shame because at least you would have gotten paid right then and there versus waiting from insurance. Your company's loss in my opinion. Thanks but no thanks.

Worst dentist I ever went to. Dr fox is no longer there. It took over a hour to pull a tooth and she even took a break during the procedure. The pain was horrible. No pain meds or aftercare instructions. Then the next appointment, I was kept waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Then the dentist refused service, claiming she needed to get a copy of my home meds from the Dr. I will never go back there.

I was a patient here for the first time today and I don't think I could sing enough praises! I haven't been to the dentist since high school and I had a lot of anxiety about going. I could not have been treated better and left there feeling like my mouth is in excellent care

Went in with bad tooth they was very helpful and nice. Was able to take tooth out same day. I was one happy person.
