Originally from Miami, I relocated to Central Florida to pursue an undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida. In my free time I enjoy cooking and watching baking shows. I have been blessed to a part of such a wonderful team at Apopka Endodontics. Working here has allowed me to grow and develop the skills necessary in the field of dentistry, being that I plan on going to dental school. We are a family and I hope we have the pleasure of providing you and your patients with quality care.
Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist.
On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take high definition pictures of your teeth and we will explain to you whether or not you will require any treatment. Our team will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Below are the new patient forms you'll need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading these forms, completing them at home and handing them to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.

10/10 would recommend Everyone was so friendly and helpful, The all BLACK staff was definitely a plus. By far the cleanest and nicest office I've ever visited. Samantha at the front desk was Extraordinary. Brought my 11 year old in for a root canal. They were so calm and gentle he didn't complain about pain or discomfort. I've called so many different offices to get his root canal done, all gave me the run around and stated they don't do children between 11-12. That was not an issue for Them and I am very pleased with the level care we received. Would recommend them to all of my family and friends. Did I mention how nice the office was!!!

If you ever need a root canal this is the place to get it done. I came to this office in an extreme amount of pain and left feeling so relieved. The staff here is extremely welcoming and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I was given a blanket when I got home. The doctor explained everything that was going to happen during the root canal and why it was in my best interest. From the moment you walk in the door there you are treated like the only patient that matters. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal.

My 10 year old son was seen same day as a new patient with emergency pain up to his ear. The staff and Doctor were amazingly pleasant, kind and got him out of pain!!!! I drove an hour due to insurance reasons and didn't wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before he was seen. The office was super clean and smelled amazing for a dental office. I am so relieved and happy they got my baby out of pain when I couldn't find anyone in my County to see him. Would definitely travel to go back...even though I hope we don't have to...but she is worth it!!! Thanks Dr Ferguson and staff!!!! My boy is so happy!!!!

Man, she is good. I HATE going TO THE DENTIST. I am a bone marrow/ cancer survivor. My mouth is really sensitive. I suffer from graft vs host disease and it affects my mouth and eyes. She is understanding and gentle !! They even play 80's music and the comfort level there is awesome.

Dr. Ferguson was absolutely fantastic and her entire staff , are very friendly and efficient. I had not one but two root canal on the exact same day and my experience was extremely pleasant. Dr. Ferguson knew exactly what she was doing and made the whole experience very bearable. Thank you very much Dr. Ferguson for your amazing expertise.

The front desk staff members were so pleasant and professional! The dental technicians who helped me were also very kind and patient with me as we did the X-rays. Once I was seen by the doctor, she was super helpful and just on it! She answered my questions and presented me with options. I left feeling grateful that I found this office.

Pleasant and pain-free do not often go hand-in-hand with root canal but in this case they do. Dr. Erika Ferguson and her entire staff are kind and accommodating. First, my dentist Mark Halek, saw me the morning after I called about a toothache. He said he thought I needed a root canal and referred me to your office. I was very pleased when I called from the parking lot to get a "Can you come right over?" I did, was checked in promptly and in a chair within about 20 minutes. Samantha was very professional while chatting with me, getting the blanket I needed, taking x-rays. Dr. Douglas understood my fears, made sure I was fully numb. She showed me the films and I could clearly see the damage to the bone and the area of infection. She and Sam made a perfect team, and I was so grateful that they were able to get the area cleaned out. No more terror of root canals...as long as I can come to your office for care. Thank you so much!

The ladies who worked on my 10 year old daughter today were absolutly amazing!!! Sophia had a full blown anxiety attack on the way there and they totally calmed her down and reassured her the entire way through, focused her mind on some music and even ended laughing and giggling. Dr Ericka Ferguson is fantastic! I've had difficulties with previous root canals with other places. This is the first time it was relatively pain free. Very comfortable experience considering the procedure. She is very knowledgable and detailed. She even discovered an offset on my bite through visual inspection which she fixed on the spot. This resolved almost immediately a discomfort I was having with that tooth. Her staff is helpful and friendly. The place is nice and clean with updated technology. If you are in need of an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr Ferguson and her team. I will definitely be a life long customer!

I am tremendously satisfied with the Root Canale procedure I received this morning by Dr. Erica Lowe-Ferguson. I mean coming into the procedure I thought that I was going to feel some pain. Literally I felt no pain. The procedure did not take long at all. She and her assistant were very nice and attentative to my need. It is always nice when you can get along with people and laugh which is what we did. I highly recommend you and anyone who is seeking dental assistance or a Root Canale to go with Dr. Ferguson. You will not regret her service. Her office is very clean.

Amazing. I'm not sure if the words root canal and Pleasant experience have ever been synonymous, they are in this case. Dr. Ferguson was the first time in my life I've had a root canal pain-free. I was also able to have the root canal and sealant done in the same place. She is professional, kind and caring along with her staff. Trey got me in immediately to avoid further infection and pain before they were able to do the root canal. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and her staff. Blessings.
