If I could give a 0 I would!! After moving over 2 hours away from the dentist we had to look for another dentist. We called around to a few dentists to see if they were accepting new patients and state insurance. We decided to go with Apollo (I sould have read the reviews 1st!) My daughter had a tooth that was bad! We called to get a appointment was seen by the dentist they gave my daughter nos to help with the pain she was wailing and crying hyperventilating and trying to get out of the chair.. why the dentist didn't stop and just pull it when she had to come back for surgery for cavities idfk. So after all that I called to get my other 4 kids in to get checked and cleaned. 1 of my son's have been seen and also had to get a tooth pulled same thing. I just called today to try to reschedule the appointment s we missed in August where I was informed that they are no longer taking anyone with state insurance. But they are excepting people without state insurance. I was like that's discrimination you will take other people without state insurance.. So I pulled my 2 kid's that go her3 and found a new dentist that will see my whole family including me and my husband!! If you want bithcy receptionists and rude people make an appointment but if you value your self and children go elsewhere! Had to add the Dentist is great! The other staff not so much.

I've taken my kids here from the time they were toddlers. They love going the dentist, it's always been positive. Joseph is great, the staff is super helpful and kind and great with kids.

Called to schedule appointments for me kids, the person that answered was less than helpful. I have always previously scheduled both my kids at 4:30, lady that answered said I had to do a 4 and 4:30. I told her previously I had always done both at 4:30. She told me that I was always scheduled incorrectly and that they must have used the wrong chairs with my kids before. I told her I couldn't do the 4 and 4:30 because I would have to take both kids out of school for that. She told me I would have to schedule different days, meaning I would have to take 2 days off work early. I told her if they can't help me I would have to switch dentist and I was told "ok". Been with this dentist since they have been open and this is how I was treated. You guys just lost all my business, my fiance, my children and I got off the phone I had a friend call and cancel her kids appointments. If you care at all about customer service don't go here.

I was a longtime patient since I was young and loved the treatment here but I unfortunately got a letter in the mail last week saying I was dismissed from their office because I failed to make it to 2 appointments I think it is very unreasonable considering they are one of few clinics that accept Ucare and I now have to scramble to find a new dentist and probably pay out of pocket for a cavity that I was supposed to get filled tomorrow but is now canceled because of them dismissing me. Life happens, things come up, Covid is still very much a thing, hoping they can become more understanding for patients situations in the future.

I've been going to Apollo for 10 years, the dentists are great. However, billing has become a problem. With a most recent visit for my son (late August), Apollo failed to bill our dental insurance (which they had on file). I called after receiving the bill (early October) and asked them to submit to insurance, which they said they would. Since that time I have received 2 letters requesting payment and today received a phone call requesting payment. They said they have never received payment AND that the submission to insurance was denied as my son wasn't covered at time of visit (he's been covered for 2 years by same insurance). I log in to Dental Dental and found the EOB for my son's visit - it had been paid by insurance. The Apollo Employee didn't believe and kept questioning if I was looking at the correct EOB. I did not feel like they cared about me as a patient and it was obvious that they didn't believe me that insurance paid what they submitted (highly possible the insurance check is in the mail, but perform due diligence and check with insurance before assuming patient is not telling truth). We will be getting our dental needs from a new provider now. Wouldn't recommend Apollo based on this experience.

The receptionist here are absolutely disgusting. The behavior circulating in that room is absolutely horrible. The dentist themselves are great and nice people. But there is no reason for a receptionist to have an attitude, or throw things at there client. You can call me whatever you please but please keep your emotions intact when it comes to your job. It's not a good look on your company either.

I've been seeing Dr. Berscheid for over a decade. She's such a pro, as is the rest of the hygienists and staff. They are are always friendly, efficient, and I like how they explain every step along the way. I recently had my first cavity in years, and the process was painless and easy.

Have had multiple experiences now where tooth infections needed extractions and the referrals were never sent out or I had to keep calling to make sure they were. Good for cleanings, bad for triage, business practice, patient and health literacy communication.

They drilled into my teeth because of something that could be a cavity forming "just to be safe", but the staff are very nice

As a former employee of Head Start, I saw the challenges low income families had for dental care. Back then Apollo was one of very few dentists who accepted MA. I wanted to support their practice by becoming a patient along with the rest of my family. We have always had good experiences at Apollo. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentists have been great!

I have been going to apollo dental for over 10 years. I absolutely love my hygienist and dentist. They take time to answer questions and tailer the visit to my individual needs. Always quick about getting me in and do a good job including providing education at a level I understand and can participate in decision making. They provide a discount if you pay in cash too. What are you waiting for....schedule your appointment today.
