I've been a couple times for services last year and I've been trying to get back in because my filling came out. I tried calling on Saturday and they put me on hold without saying anything. So I hung up and called back and then they answered and said please hold. They never came back to the line and I was just starting my shift so I hung up after 7 minutes. I tried calling back later that day with 30min before they closed and they kept sending me to voice-mail 3 times. I just tried to call this morning twice and they hung up on me twice. First time it rang about 5 times and second time I called it rang once before you could hear the line pick up and then it ended. This is very frustrating

I was scared to do my procedure but they made me so comfortable. Great staff. Wonderful Doctor. The Doctor was awesome.

The dentist was great. The receptionist was friendly. The assistant could have been a bit more engaging. I was sitting in the dentist chair just waiting without being told what she was doing. I guess there was a problem with the computer but was not told until I was moved to another room. However, she wasn't mean or anything the like. Update!!!!!! I guess because I made a comment about the assistant cause the deep cleaning I was scheduled to have to be submitted twice mysteriously Which cause my insurance to deny the request for treatment. The dentist office never called acknowledging the so called mistake even though my insurance company said they made the dentist aware of the "mistake". Smelling like a little discrimination to me. I even gave them 4 stars at first. Guess that wasn't enough.

Dr. Syed is an excellent dentist, she goes over all the xrays throughly and explains very well and is alwaya genuinely concerned about her patients health and well being. She takes a collaborative approach with her patients, building a partnership to ensure they take propet care of their teeth at home. The staff is very friendly and greet us with a smile every time. I highly recommend Apollo Dental Clinic.

The dentist is so kind and tries to work with our five year old who refuses to open her mouth !!! The staff is courteous and helpful as well as friendly and helpful!!! 10/12/2021. This year our six year old went with the dental assistant by herself and did everything the dentist asked her to do!!! Finally got all her teeth cleaned!!! Hurray !!! All the dentist's kindness paid off!!!

When I had a tooth ache, Apollo got me in quick, diagnosed my wisdom tooth and set me up with the needed prescription and appointment for yanking out that bad wisdom tooth... They made the process quick and easy. Very professional.

I definitely recommend the dentistry at Apollo Dental, however the staff should be trained to not hang up on customers when they are placed on hold and to not keep customers on hold for lengthy periods of time!
