I recently had a new upper denture made and within 2 months I was eating a sub from the deli and a tooth fell off, then the next day I'm eating lunch and another tooth popped off! I asked if the denture was under warranty and the said people drop them on the floor and there is no warranty. My previous review was when Dr. Sundeen was there.

Best dental office! The staff took the time out to speak with me, get to know me, and my dental needs. I was treated as a person and not an insurance check which was quite refreshing. Liz and Mariam were especially a delight as from X-ray to cleaning, the experience was comfortable and personable based on conversations when applicable.

My visit was very good. I liked everyone. Everyone seemed professional and competent. My only complaint was please introduce yourself. Please say your first name and your position. At one point I was wondering if the assistant was scraping my teeth. I asked her if she was the assistant and she said she was the hygienist. She must have come in, sat down and went to work. The assistant might have introduced herself when she came to the waiting room to get me. The dentist popped in and I couldn't see his face. The sunglasses are a good idea so my glasses don't get splattered but let me control my glasses and the sunglasses. Then I will be able to see the people. It is also hard because you have to wear the mask and the shield which covers your face. Even the ladies at the desk didn't tell me who they were or their position. Thank you. Jane DeWees

The manager (Alyssa) at this office is a complete joke.. very entitled and rude ... bullies her employees and even interviewees .. talks down to them as if she is better than them and belittles them. She is awful! I went in for an interview about a year ago and still haven't forgotten about the horrible experience I had here.... how she made me feel and talked down on me and just bullied e through the whole interview it was just insane! I decided to just brush it off as I ended up getting a job with WAY better pay and benefits.. however my 89 year old grandmother went in recently for an appt and had a terrible experience with her as well a whole year later and she is still there being just terrible to patients ... said she asked her a simple question in regards to treatment and was talked down to..said she was very rude to her etc.... Looking at other reviews I see myself and my grandmother are not the only ones who have had an awful encounter with this woman... don't understand how and why she is still the manager at this office. Its quite comical yet very sad!!!!!

I was at the dental office the other day and the manager I believe her name is Alyssa is so unprofessional, the way that she spoke to the doctor was very rude and disrespectful I was shocked of the things that were coming out of her mouth as a manager myself I was so uncomfortable. I can no longer continue to come to that office, and I feel soo sorry for the other employees.

Dr. Yassine was great. She did fillings for receding gums on 8 teeth. She was kind, explained everything I would experience fully. She constantly asked if I was okay. The dental assistants were great also. Completely satisfied.

Appointment was on time. My cleaning appointment with Dawn was very relaxed and pleasant with some shared learnings on the proper use of dental floss. I always feel confident that my teeth are in good hands when Dr. Jason completes the examination...and all is well. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Dawn did nice routing dental cleaning work for me, and also provided good guidance information regarding my teeth. An only concerned issue was about the 4-bitewing x-rays: Dawn said she only can do 3 piece bitewing X-ray pictures based on my tooth's situation, and another one would take a X-ray for front tooth instead. But, according to my dental insurance's statement, I need to pay $21 for this unexpected front tooth X-ray. So, It may be fair for me to get some discount for this additional $21 charge since only did 3 pc bitewing X-ray instead of 4 bitewing on my teeth.

I came in for my 6 months teeth cleaning and X-rays. Dr David said he had just started there and wanted to make sure all his patients left happy. He asked me if I had any issues with any of my teeth. I told him I had a crown fall off and it was replaced by Apollo Beach Dental a few months ago by another dentist there. Since that time it would occasionally ache at times. He said we'll make it right and immediately took care of the problem. Dr David and staff were true true professionals. I highly recommend them.

Office personnel are the friendliest! Chirlie, their dental hygienist, is extremely thorough and develops a great rapport with her patients. New dentist seems very personable! Just had a re-filling and crown replacement work. No Novocaine and no issues. Painless and smooth process.

Routine cleaning completed and everyone was extremely nice. They even took care of my cavities in the same visit. I've been a customer for a few years now my only complaint is that the don't offer orthodontist treatment here because my experience elsewhere has been subpar compared to them.

Going to the dentist can be a traumatic experience yet with Apollo Beach Dental it is more like a visit with some good friends... everyone from the office staff, the dentists and especially Chirlie, my hygienist, makes you feel at home. So if you haven't tried them out yet and you are looking for an honest practice, this is where to go.

I have been going there for 5 years now. I set appointment up 3 months ago for 4 pm . I called to confirm and the lady Lisa answered phone told me I had a 11 . Got disconnected. Called back and the lady who said she was the lead receptionist said I did not have any . Horrible how rude she was . She did not care at all.

Today was my introductory visit. I expected some x-rays and a brief visit from a dentist and to be rescheduled for a cleaning. The dentist came in spent time with me and did most of the cleaning himself in the same visit. I loved the respect for my time and not having to run back at a later visit. I could not praise them more. Great people and great office.

After a 6 year long absence from dental visits I had my first visit with Apollo Beach Dental today and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office! My nerves and any anxieties were laid to rest right away during my check in thanks to the calm and efficient demeanor of the staff. Dr. Sunbeam (sp?) has got an excellent bedside manner and answered any and all of my questions with a smile and I know my next appointment will be a breeze!
