He graduated with HIGH HONORS from Boston University's Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2000. Prior to that, while living in Bangalore, India he earned a Bachelor Degree of Dental Surgery in 1994. He was a clinical instructor for two years at Sharavathi Dental College, and he completed a one year internship as a Dental house surgeon.

Allison was born in Poughkeepsie, NY. She moved to the triangle in 1993 with her family and currently resides in Willow Spring, NC. Allison graduated with her associates degree in Applied Science from Halifax Community College in 2010. She joined the Apex smiles team in 2011. Allison believes that patient education is most important in preventing dental diseases. Her favorite part of dentistry is getting to know her patients and helping them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and gentle in her care. She will help guide and advise you on proper homecare techniques, periodontal care and cosmetic services we offer. In her spare time Allison enjoys photography, traveling to North Carolina beaches and mountains, and spending time with her husband, son, and furry children.
Jean was born in Sanford, NC, a true local and has been living in Durham, NC for over forty years. She is married to Big Charlie and has five children, four boys and one girl. She is also a doting 'Nanny' to ten grandchildren. Jean has over twenty three years experience in the dental community. She joined our apex smiles team in 2012 and has been instrumental in keeping our office running smoothly ever since. Jean is known for her compassion and dedication to our patients. Her strengths include impeccable communication and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to make your experience at our office pleasant and personal. Her expertise in handling insurance and payment options will put your mind at ease. Jean believes in providing the best care to our patients and their families while ensuring a mutual trust, understanding and respect. During her free time Jean is a busy body and enjoys spending time with her large family and her close friends, shopping, crafts, reading, and church activities.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY and graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Design. Liz lived for a brief time in Chicago before moving to Raleigh in 2003. Liz joined Apex Smiles in 2018. She values building relationships with the patients and truly appreciates the family dynamic that Apex Smiles provides. In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, delicious meals and traveling with her hubby!
Bailey was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. She attended UNCW before joining the Apex smiles team. Bailey's favorite part of dentistry is oral and periodontal surgery. Bailey is dependable and detail oriented. She is caring and gentle, and her main concern is making you feel comfortable during your visit. In her spare time Bailey enjoys going to the beach, and is a self proclaimed mermaid. She loves to watch and play any sport. Bailey is close with her family and loves spending time with her friends. Dr. Chirnalli and the entire staff at Apex Smiles are the best of the best, I highly recommend choosing Apex Smiles for your dental needs. They are all extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly they are GREAT at what they do. What originally brought me to Apex Smiles was to be evaluated for two missing front teeth which I unfortunately lost. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Chirnalli referred me to a place to get my dental implants inserted (and he most definitely sent me to the right place for those). After my dental implant surgery (and months of healing) I returned to Apex Smiles to get my new teeth put on. While I was waiting for my dental implant surgery to heal during those months Dr. Chirnalli made me a retainer with fake teeth attached prior to that to fill that space. The retainer fit great and you couldn't even tell they were fake teeth (and if someone noticed the retainer they thought it was Invisalign but hardly anyone even noticed that). Again, I returned to Apex Smiles after months of healing as scheduled to have my new teeth attached to my dental implants which were now healed. To this day I still CANNOT believe how amazing my new teeth look, they look extremely realistic and to be honest my smile looks even better now than it did in the past! Because of my situation Dr. Chirnalli was quick to let me schedule an appointment which helped speed the process up even more. I also had a gum graft procedure done at Apex Smiles by Dr. Chirnalli. My gum line had receded between my two missing teeth but the gum graft helped fill that void. It really is remarkable on how great of a job Apex Smiles handled my situation. I now visit Apex Smiles every 6 months for my routine check up and cleaning which is always the best routine dentist visits I've ever had (and I've been to quite a few places in the past). I'll continue to go to Apex Smiles for all of my dental needs from here on out. Again if you are missing some teeth and want to get it fixed or are looking for a dentist for routine check ups/cleanings I highly recommend you go to Apex Smiles. They will take care of you - I guarantee it.

Any business that has all 5 Star reviews is a red flag. Either these reviews are bought or fake. The doctor office is sending us bills of 2018 in 2021 claiming insurance did not pay and we found out after 3 years!! Stay away from this fradulent business

I had my veneer crack while I was eating breakfast on Saturday morning. In a panic I called my current dentist and was unable to find anyone to help! I would of waited until Monday but I had a party for my wife that evening. Dr. Chirnalli without knowing my situation called me back on his busy Saturday and met me at his office to help! He was able to temporarily fix it so I could attend the party. I am so grateful and he now has a new patient! Hard to find a level of service like this these days!

I have been extremely happy with Apex Smiles, very friendly staff! Dr. Chirnalli is fantastic, excellent attention to detail. He makes sure everything is perfect for any work he is doing. One of my front teeth was discolored and had to be bleached from the inside. He got it looking great! I also got whiting service on the rest of my teeth and they look the best they ever have!

SO happy with my experience at Apex Smiles! I needed to replace my 30 year old bonding. I had an A++ experience from beginning to end - from the super-friendly Jean at the front desk who could always find a way to fit me in, to the kind and gentle Bailey who assisted in the chair, to the amazingly talented Dr. C. My teeth were whitened and my bondings were replaced - completely painlessly. The results were beautiful! My teeth have never looked so good. 10 out of 10 - would highly recommend!
