I saw Dr. Lyn for a consultation. He interacted with me with the utmost respect and empathy. He was positive and upbeat, while clearly presenting my options. He checked for understanding without appearing to be condescending, and patiently answeredy questions. His back office assistants were kind and considerate; making me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Based on what I have experienced this far, I highly recommend Dr. Lyn's practice.

Staff is awesome. And the procedure that i had done by Dr Lyn seemed complicated but he performed with ease. And fast. Highly reccomend this office. Everyone was very pleasant!

I had an extremely positive experience at Apex Oral Surgery today. I must admit I was anxious at first, however Dr Lyn put me at ease immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, he listens to the patient, he is very professional and is very down to earth. If you need any kind of Oral surgery, Dr. Lyn is the doctor you will want. He is extremely talented and he talks to the patient calmly and reassuredly throughout the entire proceedure. Not many doctors do that. He takes the patients feelings and past experiences into consideration. His staff is also just as amazing and friendly. Its true! Everyone I came into contact with this morning was polite, friendly and very professional. I apologize to those staff members who I do not name, as I can not remember everyones' name. Dwayne (Dr. Lyn's assistant) and Jaime (the first person you see as you enter the office) were so very friendly, very kind and they really take the time listen to the patient. They are true professionals. I am recommending Apex Oral Surgery to my family, and all of my friends. Thank you for restoring my faith about going and having work done in my mouth. If I ever need any more work done I know exactly where I am going. Thank you!

Apex very nice dental office and staff. Orthodontist was nice and quick with my surgery. They deserve 5 stars, but the doctor had me waiting close to a hour after staff had me already prep up for my surgery. But I will refer to others!

I think I'm not alone when I say that I'm not a fan going to a dental office in the past. However, my experience going to Apex Oral Surgery office it has been a very pleasant. From the staff to Dr. Lyn they make you feel like you are the first appointment of the day. They are kind and patience. Everyone that comes into the room greets you with a smile. Dr. Lyn will walk you through in detail about the procedure, and for sure he will do his very best to make you feel confortable at all times. I definitely recommend to anyone who has a need to see an oral surgeon to go to Apex Oral Surgery office. Dr. Lyn and his wonderful staff will take care of you.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain the procedures and gave very detailed explanations regarding future care and considerations. Would highly recommend this practice.

I went to the Columbia office and I have to say Dr. Lyn and his staff were beyond professional and very attentive. I have been to other doctor's where the front office staff is rude and not compassionate to patients feelings, but not at this office. They put my mind at ease prior to having my procedure done, especially his assistant Jen. This office also follows up with appointment reminders and follows up with patients after procedures. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this practice to others.

"Oral Surgery"..the words bring concern to many including my wife...but today's visit with Dr Lyn eliminated all her negative thoughts. Don't think we could have picked a oral surgeon with more knowledge and empathy than he exhibited. Great visit to say the least !

Dr. Trevann Lyn is awesome! I felt like he genuinely cared about me as his patient. Dr. Lyn made me feel comfortable. He took the time to fully explain the process before he got started at each visit, and made sure that I understood what was going to take place. The entire staff are all friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I would recommend Apex Oral Surgery to anyone considering tooth implants. Thank you, Christa Spence.

This place is like Christmas for me! I was in need of a long overdue procedure that was very painful, and Dr. Lyn was able to examine and treat me same day. I couldn't be happier! The surgeons have a terrific bedside manner (I should know, I've been in the hospital A LOT over the past several months!), and the rest of the staff are so sweet, attentive and helpful. Wait wasn't too long, either, but appointment time may run behind. A non-issue for me. I would've stayed all day until they saw me if I had to. I'm healing up perfectly, no complications, and I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment in 2 weeks! Thanks Dr. Lyn! Thanks Courtney! Thanks Shannon! Thanks Apex!

I have been here four times and would only recommend it if you don't have anywhere to be after. The staff is very friendly and they helped to diagnose what was happening with my gums. However, the downside is that they are always very late. The second appointment I had, they were about 25 minutes late. The third appointment I had, they checked me in at 1 pm and then left me waiting in a room for over 50 minutes waiting for a doctor. I'm not sure what the point of the appointment is if they are always very late. I have to keep returning due to the issue with my gums but now I'm on my fourth appointment and their waiting room only has 5 seats and they over booked themselves, leaving me standing in the waiting room(due to a lack of seats) for over 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked how much longer and they said 20 more minutes, which probably meant at least 30 more minutes. I will not be returning here and I recommend you do not come here.

My jaw has been dislocated and in pain for 9 months. The only thing this place could do for me is refer me to a hospitals oral surgeon. When requesting a referral with one of the receptionist after taking time to consider my options, I was advised that a referral could not be submitted for me and I must contact the other surgeon directly even after notifying them that the other surgeon only accepts patients via doctors refferal. This caused a lot of mental distress. All I've ever wanted was help. My face hurts so much. The following day I recieved a call back from one of the treatment coordinators from apex to proactively rectify the situation. Thank you so much for taking the time to help. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star.

I called and request an estimate for extraction and they refuse to give and continuously requested my insurance information after I informed them MULTIPLE times my dental insurance doesn't cover extractions and I was (unfortunately) referred to them,so just the fact that they don't listen to a possible new patient turned me completely off

I have received such good care from Apex. They have done a great job every time I go. Kind and caring . I always feel like I can trust them with my care. Dr. Lyn is outstanding and the entire staff!

Super friendly and professional. Dr Lyn and his staff was able to accommodate a last minute wisdom teeth extract for me due to an emergency swelling. I would highly recommend.
