Dr. Timothy Kim believes the most important aspect of treatment is patient comfort. Understanding that the majority of patients are not thrilled to be getting endodontic treatment enables him to comfort and provide relief as efficiently as possible. Keeping the patient aware of treatment planning as well as treatment options leads to a visit that has the patient well informed.
Dr. Kim graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University. Upon graduation, he followed his passion for photography and was a successful wedding and portrait photographer. Wanting to pursue his ultimate dream of being in dentistry, Dr. Kim finished an accelerated Masters degree from George Mason University, then moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from his dental training, Dr. Kim stayed at Tufts for his training in Endodontics. He is currently a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.
On his time off, Dr. Kim still enjoys pursuing his passion for photography. He also loves to play tennis, golf, and ping pong. Dr. Kim is thrilled to try all the local restaurants that Maine has to offer!

I was on vacation with my family while needing to be seen here. I had never seen this dentist before and the true care & compassion shown to me was amazing. If I lived in the area I would switch to them immediately. Thank you again for helping me in a not doing great situation.

I couldn't be more thrilled with this dental office! The office manager Chasity got me an appointment right away and accommodated my every scheduling need! The dental assistants Codi and Katrina were friendly and knowledgeable, the hygienist was patient and gentle with cleaning my teeth and the doctor made sure the treatment he planned for me met my financial circumstances. The office was welcoming and cozy! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment. If you want a great experience make an appointment at Gentle Dental of Saco!

Gentle dental is a great local company with many locations. Saco is local and convent for me, fit my schedule nicely the staff was a pleasure to interact with. They have a new doctor the last time I went, he was very knowledgeable of his services and was competent in his treatment plan. He and his staff answered all my questions and concerns leaving me happy and satisfied. 5/5 will go again.

Having not been to a dentist in Years! I went to Gentle Dental in late December with pain. They quickly took care of me. I have had a number of visits since and can't say enough about Dr. Min and his staff!! They always make me feel comfortable. They are so friendly and kind and always make me laugh! I would highly recommend them!

Great staff, was told I needed a crown at my usual dentist, but Gentle Dental told me that wasn't the case and saved me a ton of money with the actual procedure I needed. Definitely switching to this office.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A DENTAL PRACTICE THAT ACCEPTED MY MARTIN'S POINT INSURANCE. EVEN THOUGH I WILL ONLY NEED SCHEDULED CLEANINGS, I DISCOVERED THIS PRACTICE OFFERS SO MUCH MORE. DR. MIN IS A VERY ACCOMPLISHED DENTAL PROFESSIONAL OFFERING THE LATEST TREATMENTS IN HIS FIELD. THE STAFF IS WELCOMING AND ACCOMMODATING. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR ME. WHAT MORE COULD ONE WANT!

After waking up on 2/26 with severe tooth pain and calling three other dental offices who could not fit me in for months, the Biddeford office suggested that I call the Saco location. Everyone was very friendly and empathetic. I was taken 2/27 and hand my proceedure that day. Thank you!

I just want to spread the good word about Dr.Min, Katrina, & Chastity. I just recently returned to Gentle Dental in Saco after experiencing a terrible experience @ Gentle Dental in South Portland!! What a Beautiful Group of young Professionals, I can't say enough positive things about this office. I have never had a dentist talk to me the way Dr. Min talks, explains everything & there are options for anything or everything we have done to our mouths. Katrina & Chastity have very important roles also. I'm proud to say I'm 64 years young so I have experienced enough dentist appointments to share what I'm saying. I'm very impressed
