Main dentist guy was super nice but who ever was in charge of sending my report to my dentist failed miserably. Had to call them this morning to ask why it hasn't been sent and basically told me they forgot to send it!! Not a good look at all! And now getting a 1 star from me due to their negligence

This is the best dental treatment I ever had in my life. My doctor is Dr. Barnes and nurse is Anna. They are so professional and extremely nice to me. I do not know why someone asked for diversity here. I am from China but I can tell the staff here really treat me from the bottom from their heart. Should I complain one race almost dominated NBA? I come to Apex for dental root canal treatment, the only thing matters to me is the quality of service. Apex has done a terrific job! Dr. Barnes and Anna, thank you so much!

I heard lots of horror stories about root canals. Dr. Barnes assured me that it was no big deal, and it wasn't. It was pretty much painless, Dr. Barnes did a great job.

THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. WE REFER OUR PATIENTS TO THEM FOR ENDO NEEDS- AND EVEN THO WE ARE ON THE WEST SIDE: I INSIST OUR PATIENTS MAKE THE DRIVE DUE TO THE AMAZING WORK OF NOT ONLY THE DOCTORS, BUT FRONT STAFF AS WELL. WE APPRECIATE THE ATTENTION THEY GIVE OUR PATIENTS AND ALSO FOLLOWING UP WITH SENDING REPORTS OF WHAT TX WAS COMPLETED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had the best experience at my appointment the other day. Just amazed how nice everyone was during my visit! Dr.Baker was extremely caring and professional! This was my first time getting a root canal but I would recommend anyone to their office! Overall the team was amazing thanks again!!

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Jonathan Barnes. He explained all the treatment and very obvious he has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Storm was his assistant, very professional, very friendly and always making sure that I was comfortable. I totally recommend this great place , the best dental care I have ever experienced

I have had several root canals done and have never had the great experience I had with Apex. JB, Dr Barnes was very personable, great service. Jessica was absolutely a jewel, his assistant. The receptionist, Candemce and her Christmas outfit was a sweetheart. Pain free immediately and next day pain free. No Tylenol or Ibuprofen neede.Thank you Apex Ecodontis awesome job Steve

Dr. Barnes and his assistant Ruthie were AMAZING. He really got to the ROOT of my problem (). All jokes aside he found what was going on with the horrible tooth pain. He put my mind and tooth pain at ease. He was super gentle and probably the best shot giver (I didn't even feel it!) I flew in from another state because he came recommended that high. Thank you for fixing my tooth and making it such a calm environment/experience.

I was really nervous about getting a root canal and wanted to take my chances with not getting it done. But Dr Barnes and his assistant Candice were amazing. They told me exactly what would happened, and made sure it didn't hurt at all. It was a super quick process. And they were very gentle. The best part is I can finally chew on the other side without pain in my temporary crown!!!! . Thank y'all!!!

I just had my first ever root canal done, and I couldn't be HAPPIER with how my experience went! The ladies at the front are extremely kind and very welcoming. I could tell that the nurse that took me back could sense my dental anxiety (haha) and made me feel totally comfortable. She even let me hold her hand as much as I needed lol! Dr. Baker did my root canal. He was very explanatory, and even better, his calm demeanor completely eased my nerves. He talked to me and walked me through the entire process, and I felt totally safe and relaxed the entire time. I will forever recommend anyone who needs a root canal to come here! Thank you Dr. Baker & staff!!

I would recommend for serious dental work. I basically had an abscess root canal & I feel like the Dr & dental assistant were very thorough & efficient. It took forever to heal but nonetheless they got the job done. Unfortunately, I don't remember the Dr name but he was like this hip older guy who was friendly & comforting throughout the process. The only disappointment (& hence 3 stars) is that this office doesn't seem very diversified, with only men as DRs, all female assistants & no apparent minority employees, from what I saw during my visits. Kinda made me reluctant to have gone here in the end but this is where my dentist referred me. Other than lack of diversity in 2021, if you require some serious dental work & don't have the time to find another DR, I'd recommend. I wasn't too happy to get my 4th root canal but was quickly shown I was in good hands. Dr. Hardy had wonderful bedside manners and his assistants were caring, gentle, and informative. I got a call the next day to make sure I'm feeling well. I like how they make me feel, not a number but a truly appreciated client. Much better service then my last 3 canals in CA. If you find yourself needing a Root Canal, this is the best place to be.
