Dr. Kimberly Vaglio, a native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, obtained her undergraduate degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, and subsequently her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following dental school she joined her father, Dr. Bernard W. Petkovich, in private practice in her hometown. She practiced as a general dentist for three years and enjoyed being mentored by her father, and helping her patients improve their oral health. During her time in private practice, Dr. Vaglio discovered a passion for endodontics, prompting her to seek advanced training in the field of endodontics at the University of Louisville. Upon graduation she earned her certificate in the field of endodontics and a Masters in Science of Dentistry. She joined the Apex Endo team in 2018.

I wrote what is referred to as a pain letter a few years back. I wrote to 10 dentist because my daughter was young and had her first cavity in which she needed a root canal. I could not find anyone to support an~10 year old who was nervous. We struggled with communication with her pediatric dentist and other specialist, unnecessary bill were adding up. Dr. Vaglio's husband responded to my pain letter and recommended his wife at APEX. I was relieved to have someone support our need at an affordable opportunity and then ecstatic to meet Dr. Vaglio who is calm and able to support children. She did a remarkable job.

Dr. Vaglio and staff are amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive during my visit. Dr. Vaglio makes sure you're ok every step of the procedure. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Palmer is an excellent Endodontist! My issue had been going on for 3 years and included a root canal by a previous dentist. When the issue persisted I was told to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I went to a new dentist who referred me to Dr. Palmer. I am a hug fan of Dr. Palmer! He is really great at explaining, (as much as you want to know), what the procedure will be as well as when to expect any discomfort. I appreciated that. He is also excellent in getting everything numb as needed! He fixed my issue and after 3 years of pain I am so grateful he is so skilled and knowledgeable! 5 stars for that alone! Lauren, the assistant, was a bonus. She is fantastic! Don't hesitate to have Dr. Palmer as your Endodontist.

I was in a lot of pain, all of the sudden. Dr. Palmer worked me into his schedule and did a root canal. AND it was virtually painless! I am soooo happy and grateful to him and his staff. They were all amazing!

My visit with Dr Kim V was great! The staff was very friendly and professional too. As it turned out I did not need a root canal because she determined my tooth was cracked so an implant became the best option for me. Many thanks!

Dr. Palmer performed my root canal. He and his staff are amazing! I was extremely scared and anxious. He was so patient and thorough as he explained exactly what the procedure would involve. It feels strange to say this, but there was not one single part that was uncomfortable or painful! I would highly recommend him if you need a root canal.

Great experience. Everyone was very professional. Dr Palmer explained everything very well and listened to my concerns. They even filled out all the insurance forms and had them ready for me when I left!

Dr. Vaglio was able to "retreat" a previous root canal where a canal had been missed by another endodontist. She provided me with medication that allowed me to sleep through the whole experience and that was important because it was the last molar and since I have a small mouth, it was very hard to get to the area that needed treatment. In addition, let me say the the office is clean and very nice. The staff is professional and nice. My calls were returned promptly. I never had to wait - my appointment times were honored. AND after my first root canal (I had 2 back molars that both needed root canals), Dr. Vaglio called me at home to make sure that I was doing ok. That kind of concern is unheard of these days. This is an endodontist who will take care of the problem entirely and while she's doing it you'll feel well taken care of and respected. Cheryl Rain Godfrey, IL

A friendly, professional office from start to finish. Dr Palmer is kind and very thorough. He examined each tooth(6) that had been flagged by my dentist, and found the infected tooth. He has a busy office, but never made me feel rushed, or the least bit irritated with my many extra questions!! Excellence is hard to find today, and Dr Palmer is 5 stars!

Paid $400 upfront for a root canal and said my insurance will cover the rest... they sent me a bill for almost $700 6 months later, giving me 7 days to pay or else they're sending me to collections. Expressed that I haven't received any bills prior to this before but the girl who answered the phone pretty much implied that I was lying. Just like the other reviewers stated before... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's a lot cheaper!

I would recommend Dr. Kimberly Vaglio. She was amazing. She explained every step. I felt no pain at all. If you must have a root canal, this is the place to go. Everyone in her office was so pleasant. They worked with me and my insurance company.
