Apex Endodontics is a leading provider of endodontic care for patients throughout North Carolina. Our years of endodontic experience make us one of the most well-respected endodontic offices in the Central NC area. Our office is conveniently located on W. Williams Street in Apex, NC. Our professional staff regularly serves patients from throughout the area, including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, & Fuquay.
In addition to our excellent endodontic services, we also offer a wealth of patient information and resources. These resources include patient forms, insurance & payment information, root canal and retreatment info, and more.
Dr. Burleson decided to specialize in Endodontics after four years as a general dentist. During his two years in residency, he continued to practice general dentistry. In 2008 Dr. Burleson moved to Apex to start Apex Endodontics. He and his wife, Betsy, have loved making Apex their home for the last 12 years and couldnt imagine living anywhere else. They have two children, Gracie and Carter. The family is set to embark on the kids starting college in the coming years.

Everyone in this office is wonderful! I was hesitant in the beginning because they were out of my dental network. I decided to go for a consultation within my network. Boy, was that a mistake! Called this office back and decided to go in for the treatment. Dr. Burleson was the calmest, most patient dentist I have ever encountered. He really put me at ease and felt like he was my best friend when I left. I had really stressed about this procedure but I know now if I ever need a root canal again who I will call.

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Burleson and his staff were warm, welcoming, and most importantly professional. I was referred by a dentist who was unable to get my painful tooth numb and I was worried about who she would send me to since I found no luck at her practice, but I must say the best thing I got from her was a referral . Dr. Burleson was kind and patient and made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the procedure. I am happy I found this practice and will be a patient here along with my family in the future, when needed. Also I rarely post a review unless I am highly satisfied

My teenage daughter was in terrible pain over the weekend and in need of an emergency root canal. Our family dentist referred us to Dr. Burleson. Dr. Burleson's office got in touch with us 7:30am on a Monday and got my daughter right in that same morning. The front office staff were compassionate to my daughter. Dr. Burleson has an excellent bedside manner and was absolutely wonderful to my daughter. He was patient, kind and took the time to explain every step to her. Dr. Burleson was tremendous and we highly recommend him.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! How do you send a patient away after being given 4 shots of medication to prepare for an emergency root canal simply because of an insurance issue? There is ALWAYS an exception to the rule, especially when the dentist office didn't do their due diligence in the proper amount of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Burleson listened to my concerns and gave me his best advice, he fixed an issue that four other specialists weren't able to (two periodontists, one dentist and one other endodontist). He genuinely cares about his patients. I see several comments about cost, I did not find that to be the case, cost of procedure was standard. Very skilled doc as others have said! - Val

I put off getting my root canal because I heard so many horror stories about terrible pain and discomfort from the procedure. My dentist recommended Dr. Burleson and I had a wonderful experience. No pain besides the 2 second pinch from the numbing injection. He did a fantastic job and I had no pain or complications post root canal. I wish I got it done sooner!

had a horrible experience, more pain then I have ever had in my life with any dental procedure, did not care and very hard to reach in an emergency! After reviewing the other neg reviews on here I am in total agreement my experience was exactly the same. People behind the desk are very unprofessional and seemingly clueless about dental insurance and protocol much less if you have any issues with your procedure. OMG would never recommend this office!
