Apex Dental does a wonderful job! As a new patient, I was warmly greeted from the moment I walked in the door. From the office staff, hygienists and Dr. Gauthier himself, everyone was friendly, professional and interested in my needs/concerns as much as anything else. I had a cleaning yesterday with Kerry for the 1st time and she was very personable, she asked questions about me & my life and she got to know me a little and I asked her a few questions about her and her family. I usually see Nicole who is just as personable. Coming to the office is always a pleasant experience, the staff at the front desk are always welcoming. I can't say enough about Dr. Gauthier, he is wonderful. He did a crown for me on my front tooth last year and I was amazed at how awesome it looks. I was scared at first but he put my mind at ease and the results were amazing! One of the best parts was getting it done all in one day. I love the new idea that they have in place with the amenities and snacks for the patients. I got some chap stick and I tried an Orange Celsius drink and loved it so much I bought another one later that night but grape flavored. It's nice to try new things! I would definitely recommend going to this office for all your dentist needs.

Apex Dental has always delivered wonderful, caring, and gentle service. That is THE most important thing, But, now they've outdone themselves with a Comfort Menu available at chairside. I took advantage of the neck pillow which helped me relax very effectively during my cleaning. Other menu options such as coffee, drinks, and snack bars are there for when you are finished with your appointment. My appointment was a pleasant experience!

First time patient & was greeted when I walked in & immediately given a tour of the very clean facility. I was there for ZOOM teeth whitening & had a consultation to discuss the procedure & price. I went forward with the procedure & very happy with results. Dr. Gauthier gave my mouth a quick look & let me know I was a candidate for ZOOM. The RDH was super nice & very attentive during the whole procedure. I am very happy with Apex Dental & would highly recommend.

My experience at Apex Dental has been top-notch. The staff is friendly and warm the moment you walk through the door. The hygienists are personable and knowledgeable, making each cleaning a comfortable yet fun experience. Dr. Gauthier is, by far, the best dentist I have ever had. He's truly living his passion, which is evident when you're in his care. I visited Apex Dental on 8/15/22 and was very impressed from the minute I entered the door when Jenny greeted me by name, to the minute I left. The only office tours I have ever been given are for job interviews, but Jenny gave me one at Apex. The office was clean and organized, and they have a nice little refrigerator in the waiting room with an assortment of cold drinks, not just water. They play excellent music! I heard Ozzy while I was filling out paperwork. I even got a gift bag that wasn't filled with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Dr. Gaithersburg was professional, nice, and I thought very thorough. Even though I was only there for a free consultation, I felt as if I were a VIP. The staff really went above and beyond and the quote for services I need was much more reasonable than another place I went to. Apex won my business. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently had our first visit at Apex Dental in Northborough, Mass. It just couldn't have been any better from beginning to the end! The staff was incredibly welcoming, efficient and professional, from the front desk to the assistants and hygentists! We were beyond impressed with Dr. Gauthier's knowledge of his profession, his easy- going style, the friendly atmosphere of the office, the high-end equipment and the willingness to accomodate his patients. Even though it was our first visit, I feel confident that I can recommend this for feeling that we were in "good hands"!

New patient visit...The office reception fit me into the schedule within a few days. My initial visit was received with a friendly and professional staff. I was given a welcome bag upon entry and a tour of the beautiful and immaculate office areas. Dr. Gauthier and nurses visited with me during my first consultation. They put me at ease with their comforting demeanor and vast knowledge. I am looking forward to a great dental experience!
