The Dr and nursing staff are all top notch. Very friendly and professional. Explains things very well. Very helpful for people without insurance.

I don't like this place at all but being on Medicaid it leaves little choice. They would always say my son had multiple cavities and want to do them right then. Which is why you'll spend a min of at least 2-3 HOURS there because of all the work they push on you that's not scheduled. They said my son had 10 cavaties in three months time and were pushing to start fixing them that day. I declined and took him to another dentist who said he had only 2 cavaties.. That didn't even really need to be filled at that time. A cleaning? They never once have him a cleaning that you and I base as a hygenist cleaning an scraping like we've all had done. NOPE. They did x-rays and looked at them and that was what they deemed a cleaning. At our last appt both dentists were almost an hour late and walked in with Starbucks cups. Very unprofessional indeed. This is just a money making Machine since most who go here are on Medicaid. Choices were limited then. I recommend Bateman dental. They accept Medicaid. It's a brand new office and she is respectful and truthful. This place doesn't care about you, your children or whats right. They want the unneeded work done to get that govement money. Karma has no menu. They'll get what they deserve.. These people have no morals or business ethics.. I hope they go out of business and that their own kids teeth rot out.. Amen

Honestly, the worst experience at a dentist for my daughter. She left with a busted lip after his drill but hit her lip, it wasn't the treatment we were supposed to get, the dental assistant was rude, she had blood on her face upon leaving, and they seemed in a hurry to get us out rather than treating my daughter with the best care...it was excuse after excuse. If I could rate lower I would.

I would recommend Apex dental for anyone. They are very professional. From start to finish. Dr Nyo and staff made sure that i was comfortable. Am not sure about how other people feel when your going to see your doctor but as for me i have other medical issue that cause me to bleed a lot. And he assure me that he could handle it. Literally no bleeding and i have yet to have any pain. If i could give a thousand stars it still wouldn't be enough. God put certain people in your life and i believe Dr Nyo and staff was just part of my season.

Dr. Hatefi was AMAZING. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I have always been afraid of the dentist. But not anymore. Will be back and will recommend!

Came in for a Check up and Cleaning today in Nacogdoches, Doctor stuck her fingers in for a few seconds, stated no cavities. Did not know tooth numbers well, exuded a lack of confidence. There was no ultrasonic pick cleaning, then polished outside of teeth only, less than a half second per tooth, essentially just wiped the polish on in one spot and moved to the next tooth. No flossing. Exceptionally poor service. Having a mouth guard made and I have had to return 4 times for there failure to do it correctly.

Pleased with all services, however, left with cap out of alignment not allowing to close teeth together properly.

Very unprofessional dental assistant had issues turning on a piece of equipment while my child's mouth was left open. She let my child know that what she was putting on her tooth was shampoo. After 5 minutes of her messing with the tool she was unable to turn on, her mouth inevitably closed on the sealant material. This assistants bedside manner was extremely poor as she got visibly upset and frustrated at my child. The trauma my child endured at the hands of one very poor dental assistant is going to affect her future dental procedures for a very long time.

Dr Calvin is great, so patient and kind. His assistants are so comforting and nice. I would highly recommend this office in Nacogdoches.

Horrible experience. No point booking an appointment as you'll still be delayed. Waited for 1.5hrs to see the doctor despite having an appointment and sharing my information over the phone 2 days before the appointment. All services are not available, they suggested a month of waiting to just get a consultation for braces.

I still give them a 5 star review, but In this visit the music they had playing was a little loud, also the doctor and the assistant we're talking too much while they did the job, for me is a little unprofessional, but if they fix it, they will do great. That's why I think.
