Dr. Bunmi Adekugbe is your caring, competent and compassionate dentist that has been putting patients, staff and colleagues first for over a decade. Excelling in the predoctoral curriculum at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, his pursuit for excellence took him to advanced training at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). While at UPenn, Dr. Bunmi was awarded with the Pierre Fauchard Award based on demonstrated leadership qualities.
Dr. Adekugbe has a unique approach to dentistry with his exceptional education and training in preventive and public health dentistry. His passion for clinical care and belief in continuing education has led him to be an active member of different dental associations, including the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. He makes it a priority to stay current with the latest dental advances and technology.

I went to Dr. Bumi with a lot of dental problems. And even worse severe anxiety getting work done because of a barbaric dentist in my childhood. We came up with a plan. And a Payment plan. I went every two weeks for months. He always asks non-stop if I'm in pain. Very patient. We're getting close to finishing and I'm so happy how it's turned out I could just cry! All the staff is great even during COVID challenges. I highly recommend Dr. Bumi. He is state of the art taking pictures and showing me on the computer screen what's wrong and what we needed to do. Never any pressure. He's young, very educated, excited, personable and genuinely cares.

Tried to scam us out of $10k ! Claimed there was no saving my teeth & I absolutely needed implants right away. Went & got a 2nd opinion & was told I didn't need implants at all ! The dentist here talked to me like I was a child as well, basically waved off my concerns & even laughed at me. I told him which tooth was the one I had issues with & had a previous root canal on, & he tried telling me that no, it was just broken. I literally had the root canal 2 weeks prior, I know what work I have had done. Never EVER go here. They will tell you there are things wrong with your teeth that aren't.

Scam artists!!!! They tell you that they accept your insurance and do a bunch of work and then tell you later that the insurance company didn't accept the claim and bill you the full amount. Beware!

Called around to several dentists looking for one that took our insurance, Apex Dental said they did. After both my husband and I went in for over $1000 worth of work, turns out the office is "out of network" and nothing is covered. Feeling very screwed over. Not recommended.

They claimed I had a cavity between my two front teeth that needed fixed. Less than a year later the filling had discolored and now looks like I have a rotten part on my tooth. Its sooo upsetting. I definitely do not recommend!
