My first visit was wonderful. The office manager / receptionist Rebecca was awesome! She made me feel very welcome even though I was five minutes late. The dental assistant Georgia is adorable and very sweet. Dr. Ready also made me feel very welcome and has a great chair side manor. I was very pleased with my visit today and I would definitely recommend Apex Dental to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Rebecca, Georgia and dr. Reddy for giving me a great experience. I am 5 months pregnant I was in severe pain with pain needing a root canal! No one can see me I made one call at 5am they called me back and I was scheduled at 9am!! I got the procedure done and was so relieved. I couldn't be more thankful!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff here are fantastic and make you feel right at home. You are going to get top notch care here. I myself have had a big fear of going to the dentist, it had been close to 15 years before I came here. Now after my 4th visit here that fear has become a thing of the past. You are in good hands if you come here

I say 5 stars however I'm still a bit concerned as there is puffiness on my gums. My follow up is this Monday with dr ready. He was quick. Steady. Precise. As was the rest of his team. The customer service/front desk were amazing as well. Yolanda was reassuring.

Dr. Reddy is extremely knowledgeable in his field and a very good dentist. However, his office personnel, one in particular (don't know her name) is extremely rude, unprofessional and seems lazy as she does the minimal possible in customer service every time I have to deal with her which is most of the time. Some of his dental assistants don't seem to be knowledgeable in their duties as they don't know the rules about checking insurance coverage prior to providing services (also a front desk duty) and the younger female doesn't know the proper flossing technique, she seesaws and cut my child's gums and I was also surprised that the assistants don't chart for the dentist but maybe it's his preference.

Amazing.. staff and dentist took amazing care to my tooth situation.. and so helpful with insurance .. have already referred family members to apex dental .. and I am so happy to say this is my new dentist

I had a dental emergency and Apex Dental was able to get me in and taken care of the same morning I called. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

I felt like they did not genuinely care about the pain I was having. They also told me I needed a root canal done. I couldn't afford it so I was going to have to just get the tooth extracted. But they said they had to wait to hear from my Medicaid to respond before they could even do it.i really did not want to lose my tooth so I ended up going to another place for a second opinion and found out I just needed to redo my fillings.. my tooth is now better thanks to another dental place that has a much better vibe and actually cared about my situation and if I was in pain. I strongly felt that the doctor just wanted money by saying I needed a root canal when it was a easy fix.

I was very nervous and even scared.. apex made me feel calm and relaxed throughout the process of removing two teeth... I'll definitely go back for my dental needs.. I don't have insurance likeost they were also very affordable and willing to work with you

I was in pain, I had just moved to NM and had no dentist to turn to. I called Apex, they had me in three hours later, identified the problem, gave me the antibiotic prescription I needed and the treatment plan to get to fully fixed with the hour. I couldn't be happier with the service from the doorway to the dentist's chair, everyone was so competent and friendly! And reasonably priced too, a great find!
