Dr Annya has been my dentist since she first opened her shop in East Boston. I've been completely satisfied and actually delighted at how her facility is high tech, best equipment, fast and painless. My worse dental experience as of late is a quarterly cleaning, no fault of the hygienist who is also totally awesome. I recommend everyone I talk to, to that dental experience. My fear of going to the dentist is completely gone. No more need to put off getting treatment due to pain or fear.

5 out of 5. I am blown away by their attention to the patient's experience. I HATE the dentist and they went above and beyond making me feel as comfortable as possible. The dental hygienist (Kaite) even held my hand which sounds lame but is super comforting. I am grateful I found AP Dental as I can now honestly say going to the dentist is not that bad :)

I'm a business person, and have extensive interactions with business professionals from all parts of the US and from all walks of life, and this is the strangest business I've encountered. It borders on comical. A quick rundown: My appointment was reconfirmed 2 days prior to my visit = normal My appointment was cancelled 2 hours prior to my scheduled appointment = abnormal My appointment was changed to a different dentist, because the dentist I was scheduled to see was moving out of town in three weeks and would not be able to complete any of the the work that was discussed = somewhat normal The replacement dentist that I met "told" me what she thought I wanted -- a perfect smile = abnormal Had the replacement dentist listened to me and not just heard, they would have deducted that I wanted a more symetrical smile, and a dentist that takes pride in detail and excellence in dental care = abnormal The replacement dentist did not examine my teeth, nor clearly listen to my expectations, but rather deducted that my dental artistry expectations would be something they would not have the patience for = abnormal The replacement dentist recommended another replacement dentist "with more patience" = somewhat abnormal An appointment was scheduled for the replacement dentist = normal The appointment was never reconfirmed with the replacement dentist = abnormal One seeking dental excellence in both detail and artistry and paying 2000+ per crown and expecting excellence = normal A dentist that states they cannot meet or seek dental excellence or one's expectations is sad and somewhat comical = abnormal My deduction = question every dentist and detail, inform them it's a joint venture, and continuously confrim you're on the same page, particularly the artistry aspect. Expect that the dentist you select takes pride and honor in excellence just as you do. If they run, be thankful. Always know your smile is your most prized possession. Don't let anyone screw it up.

I switched from waxing to laser hair removal for my bikini and armpit areas. I've seen a distinct difference in how smooth my skin is and notice less and less hair after each laser treatment. I'm planning to laser more areas after I finish my current sessions. I love that the treatments are less frequent than waxing, and in my opinion, less painful. Hannah is the BEST!

I can not and will not recommend this business as I have been going to them for numerous years with no issues. But just recently I went and I saw a new girl for laser. I had to stop her during the service because it felt like she was actually burning my skin. When I got home I couldn't believe how burned I actually was. I called to report this and was told to find another place for my laser applications. Instead of rectifying the issues they sweep them under the rug. I can not and will not recommend them. Unless you want to be burnt physically stay clear away.

The laser technician burned me really bad with laser & the owner is super rude & refuses to take responsibility instead they just told me I should go get laser else where! Don't believe the good reviews this place is definitely not 5 stars! They are not professional AT ALL!!!
