I've been a patient for decades. Her staff is terrific - friendly, professional & caring. Dr. Anzelc is absolutely wonderful. I am thrilled to work with a woman-owned business that is also great at service & healthcare.

A small, quiet dental practice. The hygienists and Dr Anzelc are all really friendly and very gentle. I've recently had to switch dental offices due to a move and I'm struggling to find a place as wonderful as those at Dr. Anzelc's office. They are top notch.

I moved to Portland about four years ago, and I had a very negative experience with the first dentist I went to--painful cleanings (and I take GOOD care of my teeth), pressure to do extra procedures, etc. So after two visits at that dentist, I swore I'd never go back there...and then over two years passed without me getting a cleansing. I'm so grateful my mom recommended I see Dr. Anzelc! I will absolutely never go to another dentist. Even before I went in for my visit, the receptionist, Kelly, was helpful and patient as I tried to get my X-ray records sent from the previous office as they flaked time and time again. The hygienist, Nic, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleaning was truly 100% painless. I hope she's always my hygienist! Dr. Anzelc was warm, thorough, and even funny! And while they did everything they needed to do for someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a while, they never pressured me to do extra X-rays or anything else I didn't need. I felt like Dr. Anzelc and her staff truly cared about taking care of my teeth and of me as a patient. I'd recommend Dr. Anzelc's office to anyone looking for the best dental experience in the Portland area!

Dr Anzelc is just the best. Her entire staff is as good as it gets. She has taken good care of my many various dental issues over the past 5 years and I am no longer ashamed to smile.

Dr. Anzelc has been our family dentist for about a decade. She practices in Portland and we live in New York City. The travel is worth while. There is no one we trust more.

I've been seeing Dr. Anzelc for about 3 years now and never once have I had an unpleasant experience. Dr. Anzelc has always been kind, courteous, friendly, punctual, and very detailed in explaining the state of my oral health and how best to maintain it. She's always been very accommodating with appointments, which is really important to me because I currently live out of state. Most people would've just found a new dentist in that case, but I've had such a positive experience while under her care that I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Dr. Anzelc has been my dentist since the late 1980's. It is a real family-like atmosphere in the office. The whole staff is very friendly and professional, and also very caring. I usually have the same hygienist, but no matter who I have, I consistently have a good experience - thorough exam and cleaning, usually followed by a consultation with Dr. Anzelc. The doctor has an amazing eye for detail also - she can see the smallest flaw in a tooth that may become a problem - and is able to proactively fix it before it becomes a bigger issue. I have a bit of a fear of needles, but when Dr. Anzelc is the one administering the novocain, there is almost no pain, and her chair-side manner is very calming. I would recommend Dr. Anzelc and her staff to anyone seeking dental care in Southern Maine.
