All personnel are friendly and knowlegebal of their jobs. Qucikly got me in to see the dr. With pain in my jsw. Diagnose as infection prescribed medication for the problem. Thank you

Super nice Dr's got me in discoverd what other dentist could not got me on a treatment plan ,paid in cash now they are stating I owe them money after I have paid in full the dental plan before each appointment and the rescpionist was rude stating I have to pay it and it's what I owe ,after I have been on a plan be careful thats my only issue they are trying to charge me more money almost 2 months the later

The entire group is friendly, understanding and professional. They are very accommodating with scheduling and the doctors Ousterhoudt and Austin both do great work and stand behind it. The staff is easy to work with. I would recommend Any Day Dental to anyone.

The front desk person who checked me in was very nice and so was the tech who I encountered in the exam area. However, I am extremely frustrated. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment, only to be told when I am in the exam area, I needed a release from my cardiologist before anyone in the office will perform any kind of services on me or I could reschedule the appointment. It's 3:30 pm, my cardiologist is in Salt Lake City (4:30pm for them), like that will happen so late in the day. My insurance runs out in 2 weeks, so how in the world will I be able to reschedule when the original wait time was 3 weeks? Did I say I am extremely frustrated yet?

Dr R and his associates were amazing with my 3 year olds first time! The staff was very engaging and creative in how they interacted with my son, and very much treated him with care. Highly recommend.

Brought in my 8 yr old, we were told he needed some caps and a stubborn tooth pulled. When it came time for his appointment it took nearly 3 hours to be called back and he was supposed to be getting caps but the dentist decided it was going to be the pulling, my kid was terrified and unprepared because we had been told differently and the doctor was obviously annoyed about it when I told him we wouldn't be doing the tooth pulling that day. We were told we would be getting a call about the next appointment, it never came. Attempts to reach out went unanswered. Truly the worst and most unprofessional office I have ever been in.

Great staff. Beautiful women. Quick and painless. Had 2 extractions and didn't feel a thing. Id def recommend to anyone and def will be back for a cleaning

They didn't let us know exactly what was wrong. They just said they are going to pull my teeth out but did not explain. Still a good place they take you in for a check up immediately.

Husband had appt for 11:20. He shows up and waits for 20 mins. They tell him they are running behind and so they cancel his appt and make him reschedule. They overbooked people and wasted everyone's time.

They were very patient with my daughter who was extremely nervous about getting her wisdom teeth out. Made it very comfortable for both her and I. Helped me get her in our truck. Great help with perceptions because we are from Winnemucca.
