Dr. Anthony Parisek is a general dentist who practices family dentistry, aesthetic dentistry and Invisalign orthodontics inMarshall, Minnesota. The diagram below shows the progression of decay within a tooth, as well as at which stages preventive therapy, drill-free therapy and drill & fill therapy are indicated. Because drill & fill therapy is something we want to avoid, it is clear that early detection and early treatment are essential to optimal dental health.
Therefore, I recommend to always seek to detect decay in its earliest stages by seeing us for check-ups regularly. In the event that dental decay is diagnosed, seek out the least invasive and most conservative treatment modalities possible.

Hygienists are exceptional, especially mine (Kim)... Administrative not so much... For my appointment in December my insurance provider had changed and they scanned my new card, but they still billed the wrong insurance. It was before Christmas and then they were closed for 2 weeks for the holidays so I couldn't get it corrected. The last time I went they had lost my appointment and I had to reschedule months farther out and re-rearrange my schedule. I was supposed to have a deep cleaning done due to a couple of pockets and this reschedule messed up the protocol for regular cleanings with insurance. I stood at the front desk trying to help the admin figure out how to schedule me for the next 53 minutes! The dentist finally came out to see what the problem was and set her straight. However, when it came time to confirm my appointment the day prior, I learned they had still managed to schedule the wrong procedure. When they billed the correct insurance for this appointment they incorrectly submitted the claim, so the insurance check went to them instead of me. On my next appointment they moved the time from 12:10 to 12:30 without telling me and I only have 60 minutes for lunch. I haven't had any major dental work done, so I can't comment on Dr. Parisek's skill, but I can say that I have a chip in my front tooth that I have made abundantly clear I have no interest in "fixing", yet EVERY time he sees me, he explains what I should do to get it "fixed". The only saving grace earning this place a generous 3 stars based on my experience is the hygienist staff.

With Dr. Parisek's suggestions and the dental work he did I am proudly smiling again. I am so happy. The entire staff at the dental office is so caring and helpful. They all work so well with the doctor. With their suggestions and hints it was a painless dental procedure.

Dental excellence is what Dr. Parisek offers, and he goes the extra mile to ensure that his office runs with high efficiency. Dr. Parisek is skilled, conscientious, and trustworthy. Went put of their way to help me with a tooth that was causing me some pretty intense pain. Very accommodating, helpful, and gave me the information I needed to fully understand what was happening with my tooth and the treatment plan going forward. Just updating my review, which would be another 5 stars if possible. I was having some work done today and for whatever reason was really struggling by Dr. Parisek and Callie kept my mind at ease and never made me feel like I was being obnoxious or a pain their butts (although I am sure I was). I cannot recommend Dr. Parisek and staff enough.

I have always been a person who was terrified of the dentist, but wow this office really goes above and beyond! Dr. Parisek and Kim are amazing at what they do! Both made me feel so welcome and comfortable and talked me through everything! Would highly recommend to friends and family!
