If you have sleep apnea I highly recommend Dr. Lafornara and his awesome crew to take a look at an oral appliance that has made my sleep and life better over the last four years. It's a mouthpiece for your upper and lower teeth which they adjust to make your lower jaw move forward which opens up your throat and your breathing passage allowing you to sleep better and longer without the need of an annoying air machine. Here's the bottom line it works, I've worn one for 4+ years, I won't go won't stay overnight anywhere without it and it's easy. No pain, no nuisance of moving hoses around in the middle of the night and it helps you keep a little bit of dignity while you sleep with your mate so you don't look like an ER patient for the rest of your life. (Joking) The staff is awesome, always helpful and upbeat and genuinely seem happy to see you. I give it 5 stars but if they're were 10 I would have given them 10.
