First let me say that the staff is great. Second, because he chose to discontinue his participation with delta dental and MetLife created an issue. I was told this when calling to schedule a wisdom tooth extraction. At that time I was told as a courtesy to me my upcoming 6 month checkup and cleaning would cost me $50 dollars. I was ok with that. I know what my allowable coverages are. What occurred when checking out was unacceptable. I was told that the charges of $113 dollars would be submitted to delta dental as an out of network provider. Plus the cost of flouride Treatment I said ,"no I want to pay the 50 dollars for today's treatment and unless the floride treatment was complementary I would not pay as it was shoved into my mouth without my ok." I gave them the name of the person who I had spoken with about this. The front desk person would not accept or contact this person. I demanded to pay only the amount I was told, or I would walk out and not pay anything. Final the front desk person accepted. I was upset to say the least. I cancelled my tooth extraction.

I've been a patient of Dr. Visconti for 20+ years. Today I had the joy of taking my daughter in for her first visit! Michelle is phenomenal - so sweet and caring. She explained everything to my daughter and made her feel as ease. We love the team here!

Just had my first appointment today. Dr Visconti and his staff are extremely friendly and they did a great job at coming up with a care plan for my dental needs. My teeth feel fantastic after having a nice cleaning.

Dr. Visconti and his staff are fabulous. I had to have an implant on a back molar and Dr. V is so gentle and caring. It was quite a process between removing the affected molar as well as building up the gum area. Then the process of the implant later. All I needed was Novocain! The implant looks great and I am extremely happy. Thank you Dr. V!
