I do not recommend taking your child here it looks like a kid friendly environment but it is not. They clearly hire anyone they are all young and ignorant they do not know how to deal with kids and have no patients for them . They have a wheel for the kids to spin and wouldn't let my child spin it or pick her own prize . Does this sound kid friendly? Also I didn't like how the assistant was handling my child .I called up there to voice my concerns and the Secretary called me back who I thought was ok turned out to be unprofessional also cause apparently she didn't relay the message cause she never called me back . It's dentist all over be thankful people come there they can take they kids anywhere .I'm reporting this to child services also that will be the last time my child is treated that way what kind of training is you giving your staff? And secretary lady you should be ashamed of yourself for not relaying the message if it was your kid you would of made sure it was heard it's ok the world will hear me today

Dr. Ellsworth is a very experienced & ethical pediatric dentist. I took my son Aaron & my daughter Bella to see another dentist for X-rays & cleaning. I got vey shocking news. The dentist told me that Aaron had 9 cavities & that he needed crowns & that Bella had 8 cavities! I was beside myself, I didn't know what to do! I prayed to Jesus & asked Him for help! When I went to get my cleaning I asked if they could refer a pediatric dentist. One of the dentist there over heard me asking & he said he went to school with Dr. Ellsworth & he recommended his brother Dr. Chad Ellsworth. It was the way he said it that got my attention! He said it with such confidence. Like going to Dr. Chad Ellsworth was a sure thing! He was right! It turned out that Aaron only had 3 cavities & needed no crowns & get this, Bella had zero cavities! He did say there were some dark spots that he needed to keep an eye on & that he wanted to check them in 6 months. 6 months later I brought Aaron & Bella back for X-rays & cleaning. Still no cavities. Thank you Jesus for answered prayers. You always come through for me Lord!!!

The company doesn't send out any confirmation or reminders messages. Also they will no longer take your insurance they will not let you know. Horrible customer service

All 5 of my children been coming here since we moved to Las Vegas back in 2017. And I'm beyond pleased with everything about this Dentisty, from the moment you walk-in your greeted with such happy/kind staff. Every Dr./assistance we've had has always been polite/patient/respectful/kind to myself and children. The doctors make sure to explain everything with no rushing to the next patient. My 6 year old had cracked his front tooth and his doctor made him feel calm and relaxed to get that tooth fixed, they did such a wonderful job you can't tell at all that half his tooth was missing. We love Anthem Pediatric Dentisty. Thank you all for such amazing care.

My daughter just had work done with dr Ellsworth and I couldn't have been happier with everything. He explained everything beforehand and made me feel comfortable. He even talked to me about changes that had to be done which I really appreciated. Everyone in this office has been so nice. The girls that work in scheduling, the lady that greets and checks us in...dr. Lemon (anesthesiologist) was also so wonderful. We drive from skye canyon to this location and it's well worth it

I had my husband take my 3 yr old son into the surgery center on aug 9th 2022 for what was supposed to be 6 fillings. It was not that at all. They did x rays but didn't come talk to or show my husband the x-rays and about any extra work that may need to be done so he can decide to let them do it or not. They pulled his front 2 top teeth,did 6 fillings,capped some and God knows what else. If you are a parent who wants to be kept in the loop on the care your child will receive anthem is terrible. My husband was also told my the nurse that my son won't be able to eat solids until his teeth grew in. I have disputed all charges with my insurance company.

BEWARE! DON"T GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. ESPECIALLY YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. My 21 month old needed his first dentist appointment. I heard rave reviews regarding Anthem Pediatric Dentistry. When I called to schedule an appointment, the scheduler (front desk person) did not seem pleasant and asked what type of insurance we had. I stated I did not have that information and I asked if I could make the appt and call back with the information. She said that she could not schedule the appointment until I had the information. At that point she should have told me she needed everything, but it was frustrating not to be able to make an appointment. When I called back with the health insurance information she asked if my son was covered under his father. I said yes and she said she would need to put in father's information first. She asked for his father's birthdate; which I gave and then asked for his social security number over the phone and stated it was to "check eligibility". When we said that we would provide social security information in person prior to appointment, she would not schedule the appointment. In a time of privacy laws I cannot believe that someone would ask for that kind of information over the phone in order to make an appointment. . I will not be taking our son there. It sounds like they need some customer service and compliance training.

Yes it is a good place to take your kids. But given everything that happened in a year I wasn't able to take my kids. It's been a year since they last have been seen. I called to make an appt they said they do not take liberty anymore. But I have a friend who is a new patient with also the same plan & was able to go. Not sure if they are lying or just refuse to take us. But definitely wouldn't bother with this place since they lie. Also they did not charge her but last time I went I was charged each visit. We have the same exact plan! So it obviously doesn't make any sense to me. I wouldn't trust this place at all.

We have been to this dentist office for nearly 12 yrs. Dr Cox is the absolute best!!! He's patient, kind and very experienced. We have been to a couple other dentists a little throughout the years due to insurance changes and NO one compares to Anthem Pediatric Dentistry. The whole staff is amazing and friendly. Robin was amazing today. She cleaned my 7yr olds teeth today. My 7yr old was scared to come to the dentist as usual. Tears and all. But Robin made it very fun and got her mind off being scared. I will request her next time. I cannot say enough for this dentist. They are a blessing!!!

Great pediatric dentist and orthodontist! So great & convenient to have both in the same office.The staff is nice and helpful. The office is clean and appealing to children. The doctors are patient and answer all your questions. I highly recommend them for your kids dental and ortho needs.

I am LIVID. As per other prior reviews, the dentists may be great but the customer service and office staff are not capable of doing their job! My daughter had an appt' scheduled here last September but we cancelled prior over the phone. Fast forward to today and we've had a collector saying we owe money with fees accumulating daily. For WHAT?? We CANCELLED the appt' WELL IN ADVANCE, and NEVER heard anything of this cancellation fee prior; no phone call, no letters, no nothing from this dentist until now when I have a collector on my back. So I'm forced to pay $300+ because someone on THEIR side slipped up and didn't remove the appt' out of the system!!! I can't even fight it because it's already with collections and they are charging me daily fees!!!!! Not to mention it's tarnished my credit!!!!!

Absolutely stunning! Never have I ever seen or been to a dentist app this immaculate dentist office with such welcoming and tentative staff. After being greater you can enjoy your wait in a vast selection of waiting facilities. We had the best experience as we were taken to the back by the most amazing dental hygienist Robyn who went above and beyond our expectations, helping my child feel safe and happy meanwhile educating her about the purpose of these visits, the tools used, and reassuring confidence in her teeth brushing habits and promoting a healthy dental lifestyle. Afterwards we were seen by Doctor Wes who was really cool, informative, as well as reassuring to the child. Overall the Wes/Robyn team superseded any expectations and have most definitely have set the standard of care by far the farthest I could have ever imagined, and this is from someone who was terrified of the dentist as a child, teen, adult and worst of all as a parent with horrible experiences with my children at other dental facilities thank you so much Anthem Pediatrics! And most of all Thank you so much Mrs.Robyn and Doctor Wes for the absolute best dental experience of our lives

To start off, I would like to give praise to Anthem ortho department, the dentist and staff including the administrative is nothing short of absolutely kind and amazing. I however did NOT have a great experience otherwise. This is a very shady and unprofessional office. I have been assisting in pediatric dentistry for 7 years and absolutely love it. This was the WORST office I've EVER encountered. If I could give less then one star I would. I did not do one but TWO working interviews here. The interviews went wonderful! I loved it and was so excited to get started here. MANAGEMENT had asked me when I could start and when I could put in my two weeks AND went over benefits insinuating that I got the job and that they were interested. On their listing on indeed they had given a price range and when I asked for the price range given, I was told I was asking for too much. I know for a fact you can choose the price range you want so they were FALSE advertising. I would have been willing to take my price down had they said they couldn't offer what I asked but could offer me "blank" but instead I got texted (not even called) that they filled the position after I ALREADY gave my work my 2 week notice. Granted I had waited several days to hear back and I had been told if I had questions I could text Jerlyn and when I texted her AND tried to call she never responded or got back to me until she retracted the offer. I then went in to grab my working interview check and asked the other manager what happened, she had no clue and informed me Jerlyn had lied and that they did NOT infact hire anyone else. I told her if it was only pay, I was willing to compensate and she said she would give me a call back. I called 3 times asking for answers because they put me in a bad position already quitting my job for them and they NEVER even had the decency to call me and give me the news. They did not even have the hiring manager contact me. They ONCE AGAIN unprofessionally texted me saying they hired an old employee which is a lie because their ad is STILL on indeed and active. They NEVER had the GUTS to even speak with me on the phone. They would always just send me texts after business hours. Anyways. I do not recommend this highly unorganized practice unless its for ortho purposes.

This is less than one star.CHANEL or SHANEL the front desk or whoever answer the phone is very rude. She does not want to do her job. We usually give out our social security for them to find the insurance which was done easily at black mountain dental. But u know probably it's very hard for her to do that. It's a blessing that we didn't push through and I asked black mountain dental to refer us to another dental office. In this time of uncertainty KINDNESS and customer service can go a long way for the business. So Do not even go to this office. You will just stress yourself making appointments and everything if you're dealing with CHANEL. My son has orthodontist and our dental office black mountain dental are the best. So don't waste your time on this one.

I am disappointed with the customer service/bedside manner of this office. It came highly recommended and we had nothing but a condescending and demeaning experience. Asking any question about a serious procedure for my son led to my wife being talked down to. Then, he had a scheduled procedure where he wasn't supposed to eat or drink past midnight, and they never called to follow up. They said "we told you and you acknowledged you understood" but I didn't recall, plus if it's that important and sedation is going on don't you think the office would call and remind the day before, not just send an automated reminder about cancelling the appointment? Any surgery or big medical experience I've had has an in person follow up, was stunned that them not being able to do his procedure was all my fault. Very frustrated and we are taking our children elsewhere. Hope no one else gets talked down to and belittled like my wife and I were.

This dentistry is great and its the only one I've ever taken my kids too I definitely recommend!!!
