Dr Abraham and his staff was so amazing BUT Dr. Abraham.....I really have no words for that man. He was and is so so amazing.. my husband was impress, he ask me to make him an appointment when I see them next week. lol Dr. Abraham seem to take on unbelievable task as a challenge and personal. I will forever remember him and his staff

It's always a difficult task finding a new doctor or dentist. Uncomfortable feelings of the unknown is probably a good reason. Of course you want your new dentist to be as good or better than your previous dentist. I can honestly say that I was more than pleased and maybe even a bit surprised by Anthem Dental and their outstanding customer service. I received such a warm welcome. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. From start to finish it was a great experience! I definitely recomend Anthem Dental.

My family has been going to Dr. Ibrahim for now quite a few years, and while the dentist is never fun, Dr. Ibrahim always done a great job, taking care of what needs to be fixed (immediately or preventively) without just looking for something to charge you for. Definitely would recommend based on our experience!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Rebecca and Dr. Abraham who took there time to explain everything to me. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Dr. Abraham and his staff always treat me with the utmost respect, their patience and concerns are top notch, I would recommend all your dental needs here with them. I am extremely Happy with my Veneers. Dr. Abraham is truly a perfectionist and will never leave you unsatisfied.

Everyone was so kind and patient with my 7 year old who is usually nervous during dentist or doctor checkups. I trust Dr. Abraham & his staff for their expertise & integrity with my kids' teeth.

Great staff. Hygienist was very nice. As a medi-cal patient it's hard to find a quality office but this place is great. I work for a pediatric dental office and we refer many of our older kids here when they "graduate". Glad I went their for myself.

If you have children, this is not a place you want to take your them. I thought it would be convenient to have my kids go to the same place I do. Unfortunately, there wait times (40 mins to one hour after your scheduled appointment) was too much for my son with autism to handle. Even the adults waiting were frustrated at how king they aid been waiting. I had an appointment at 4 today for two of my children. I called at 2:30 to see if they were on time today or should I come later. They said they were on time and to come at 4pm. I explained the last time we were there we waited an hour and it was difficult to wait with 2 kids and 1 baby. So to please make sure. She put me on hold and came back to say I could check back closer to the appointment time so I called again at 3:30 and the girl that answered said "we are good" I packed the kids in the car and got a call 15 mins before our appointment time to tell me they can't see me until 4:30! I told her I had called 15 mins ago and was told you guys were good and to come in. She questioned who I spoke with and acted like she was shocked someone told me that. Additionally, I do t think the doctor is very friendly to my kids. I'm goi g to bring them back to the pediatric dentist in Temecula. Small wait times, friendly staff... what was I thinking?

Great staff! Came in with pain and they schedule me the same day.They took their time and the quality of work was amazing! Honest and professional is the best way to describe this office. Working in the healthcare field I have had the privilege of seeing many medical professionals & medical staff .This is definitely the best place I have been to in the last 10 years.

Highly recommend. Madison, the hygienist was absolutely amazing and so sweet! She made sure I know exactly what was going on and how to fix or treat it. I'll be scheduling with her every time. Dr. Abraham is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They'll always be my dentist. The ladies at the front desk are also so sweet!

Overview: I had an appointment scheduled and waited from 2pm to 7pm in the lobby for my procedure and they made me go home, even after 5 hours of courteously waiting. I also had to actively iron out the insurance with them because Anthem didn't attempt to try. I felt so mistreated. I came here because they have almost 5 star ratings and they didn't show any effort or care. Poor communication and promise follow through from Anthem. Details: My tooth was broke and I needed it fixed asap, they scheduled me the next day at 2pm. After inspection, they said I needed a crown and they would get back to me in 2 weeks with an update on insurance. I expressed it was urgent to fix my tooth with a huge hole in it.. I was calling the insurance back and forth on their behalf to communicate for Anthem to approve it in that moment because Anthem didnt want to call. I have Cigna and it's great insurance. Everytime Anthem presented a bill that was extremely high until I spoke with the insurance and I had to stay in the lobby to make sure Anthem answered the call of the insurance. Anthem was supposed to conduct the procedure on me since the insurance approved it and the receptionist said they would conduct the procedure at 5:30pm. They were letting everyone else go before me even though my initial appointment was at 2pm. Then they said they would do thr procedure at 7pm. I waited until 7pm and they told me at the end to go home and to reschedule. Seriously hope people aren't going through this experience.

I usually hate going to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend. They take Delta Dental too

Anthem Dental is an Excellent dental establishment! I have received great care from Dr. Abraham and his staff. Dr. Abraham is a wonderful person with a talent for putting his patients at ease with his sense of humor and his patience while explaining the upcoming procedure. Shonda, Dr. Abraham's assistant, is thoughtful and does well with aiding in comfort during procedures. And Rebecca at the front desk worked diligently to give my insurance company the required information to have my procedure approved. I definitely recommend Anthem Dental! Update: Due to the positive experience I had at Anthem Dental, I decided to take my daughter to receive services with Dr. Abraham. He was Excellent with her! She is generally apprehensive with new people, but with his kind and caring bedside manner she was soon at ease. Thank You Dr. Abraham for the care you give to your patients.

I have been to many dentists both good and bad, Dr. H. Abraham is one of the best. He and his office are top tier and very professional. I recently had a crown put in, I was very pleased with the way he took pride in his work and impressed how an exact copy of my tooth was made and fitted in such a short time. Best part, the Dr. is funny and entertaining which gives he and his whole office a very pleasant atmosphere, you will almost look forward to your dentist appointments! Mike V.
