I have seen 2 specialist associated with this place. I was not listened to at all. Staff became rude and dismissive. I went multiple times and my pleas were dismissed. I was told my issue was in my head. My mouth hurt so bad that i was losing weight to a dangerous level that i was almost put on a feeding tube. I was told this was a good place to be seen but was proven otherwise. I have finally found a dentist and prostodontist that actually have listened and I'm being tended to. I would not recommend this place to any one needing REAL help, being heard/listened and compassion.

Such a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery. Completely fixed my problem and his bedside manner is wonderful!

Dr. David Davis is a 10/10 surgeon and I highly recommend him and Anniston oral facial surgery. I have intense dental anxiety and everyone in the office including Dr.Davis we're so professional and courteous and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I will more than likely need more work done in the future and look forward to my next visit with Anniston oral facial surgery and Dr. Davis. Thank you all so much!!

Honestly would not recommend anniston oral facial surgery. It was amazing until I went to get the procedure done and I started freaking out (like the nervous and anxious person I am) they did not help me feel better. Later as they sedated me, I WOKE UP as they were still pulling my wisdom teeth out. I was on the verge of tears because I felt EVERYTHING! Numbness went away, sedation went away, I was not happy. They didn't give me anymore numbness after they were done so I started crying in the car because it hurt so bad. (April 7, 2022)

Dr. Atwell and his whole staff are amazing. The whole process from start to finish was so smooth. I had to get a impacted wisdom tooth removed and chose to have the IV sedation. Dr. Atwell was gentle, efficient, took less than 15 minutes to extract. Zero pain, swelling, bleeding, or brusing 12 hours post op. 10/10 highly recommended.

Dr Atwell is exceptional. Up until yesterday I would say he is the best of the best at tooth extraction. However, it wasn't pleasant to have the anesthesia wear off in the middle of the procedure and wake up in extreme pain that evoked a scream that not only startled the doctor, but the nurses as well. After fever, chills, pain, swelling and sickness for a week I had hoped to go see him to get some answers and relief - that didn't happen. When I asked why there was still so much pain and swelling? The response was 'there just is' and that was it. He used to care. He used to give good patient attention. I don't know what happened.

I recommend if you are having any procedure at this place an are being gave IV sedation, you take your phone an when they come in to start the process of inserting the IV you screen shot the time an when your responsible party is notified that you are ready then you will know your end time as well, after $450 of IV sedation I know for a fact I wasn't sedated long enough for them to have to add 15 min longer to mine ($200 extra) also if I had been paying attention I paid for the extra 15 min before even getting started!!! The time I was paying my balance and signing papers is the time they are saying they put the IV in me, not only that I sat back there waiting on the dr. For I know 25/30 min. KEEP UP WITH YOUR TIME PEOPLE $450 is hard to come by these days!!

Dr. Atwell is the best! He removed my wisdom tooth 2 months ago and my molar tooth which was causing pain and ulcer. I definitely recommend him. He will make sure you are comfortable and will talk you through the procedure the day before. He's so nice and gentle. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Dr. Atwell. His staff are very friendly and will take great care of you to make sure you are not nervous. Thank you Dr. Atwell!

Dr Atwell and his staff are all highly skilled experts in their field. From beginning to end they practically eliminate the stress and anxiety naturally associated with such procedures. They constantly assured me that the procedure would be painless and practically stress free. Then Dr Atwell delivered on that promise. Most importantly, Dr Atwell is very skilled which results in a highly successful procedure and a dramatically reduced probability of post operative problems. Dr Atwell personally calls afterwards to check your condition, insure that you understand the care instructions, and to remind you that he is available should any issue arises. I first called Dr Atwell for help 16 years ago, again yesterday, and will again when I need services in the future. I believe in using only the best for such important circumstances.
