Clean setting and they do great work. I am absolutely horrified of being numbed. Doctor Howard made my experience painless. However, some of the staff is very unprofessional how they talk to you.

Dr. A. Edwards and Staff shows a warm welcome in which make you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Super clean sitting area. Dental hygienist is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Dr Annie is the best, she is truly a perfectionist in every way!! I have not had one bit of trouble out of my denturess. I have been eating everything that is not nailed down!!!!! I left her office with them in my mouth and the only time they've been out of it is while I'm sleeping!greatful and 100% satisf ...

I've been owed a refund for $213 since December of 2021 and have still not received it. Everytime I call there is someone new at the front desk who states that the money will be issued out to me soon. Dental service was fine but I'll it's taking forever to get my money due back to me.

Don't go here, you've been warned! While the dentists are great Sabrina, the head office clerk, is a killer! $$$$$$$ She MAKES you pay upfront for service before she files your insurance claim regardless if you're in network or not. Only ...

Only came here because they were in network, but left after I found out they wouldn't refund the money I overpaid. They instead kept it for account credit! Ridiculous! You've been warned!!!!

Customer Services need to be improved upon, especially by the Office Manager.. There were two excellent staff in the front office before COVID last year but some reason they did not return after reopening after COVID. They were an older lady and younger lady.

Awful experience, some of the front staff has awful B2C practices, you to have set up appointments a month or so out for something simple as a cleaning, then they change your appointment time and give it to some one else or over booked the doctor schedule, so they lie to change the schedule appointment you had originally set because they say and pretended to call me the week before to confirm the appointment I never receive a call, then when i ask well what umber did you dial they said they already WENT into MY account and deleted the number already so they cant tell me what numbers they called when I just had updated my account information because they wouldn't set me up an appointment if I did not give them an emergency contact number saying it apart of their office policies. Then again after they tell me to come earlier and you inform that you can't make it but you can make the original time, they say we going have to reschedule which is fine but they don't know when it's going to be for a cleaning that you literally just waited a month for already.... so being told and giving the attitude from the office manager sabina either you can take ot or not I decided to decline services going forward, due to my customers experience with the front staff

Every one there conducted themselves in a very professional manner yet there was a feeling of a relaxed and caring environment. Staff persons are the best and service exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Howard is AMAZING! Kim took great care of me with my x-rays and getting me set up for Dr Howard, Jay was great with assisting Dr Howard, and a big thanks to Lingo for getting me on the schedule for a new patient same day, and wisdom tooth extraction! Highly recommended and have decided to change primary dentist!

The Doctor is Great but the office manager is very rude. I'm 7 months pregnant and she confronted me about my headscarf when I was asked to come by tge office to do another x-ray for a tooth that needs to be abstract. My appointment was changed 3 times before I could get the work done. One of the ladies that changed my appointment didn't ask me what days are good to do the procedure. She just gave me a date and time. At this point I felt uncomfortable due to being so late in my pregnancy so I aware her of it and now I have a $50.00 cancel fee. Smh

Dr. Howard and her staff are very cordial and strive to ensure that their patients are as comfortable as possible even under some of the most uncomfortable circumstances. Their wait times are very short, which means you're seen right around your set appointment time. Thank you, Dr. Howard and staff.

As always Dr. Howard and her staff go over and beyond to help when in need. I was in so much pain and they took care of me instantly and in great spirits. They are detailed with explaining your options so that you can make the best decision for your mouth and pocket. Thank you so much and I recommend them to all.
