DR. ANNE SOLUS GAFFNEY graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then went on to graduate from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1984.
Dr. Anne is known by her patients to have a down-to-earth friendly style that makes her easy to like. Her soft touch and gentle approach make her a favorite to may loyal and happy patients. Coming from a long line of dentists spanning five generations, she has a deep-rooted passion for helping people get healthier, look better, and live their lives to the fullest.
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a dentist. Growing up surrounded by dentists beginning with my great, great grandfather, I guess you could say its in the blood. Both of my parents were dentists, and I had the privilege of practicing with my mother from the time I graduated dental school until she retired in 1995. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and am truly blessed with the friendships I've made with my patients and their families. It is truly the best part of being a dentist, and such an honor to know that Ive made a difference in so many of their lives.
Dr. Anne is an avid animal lover, so much so that she extended her practice of dentistry to treat them. You may have seen some of her patients while visiting Brookfield Zoo! Or, she may even have performed a root canal on your dog at the small animal clinic next to her office. Currently, Dr. Anne is the primary dentist for the research monkeys at Loyola University. She is also the proud owner of a horse, multiple cats, and is looking forward to rescuing a dog or two!
Dr. Anne is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois Dental Society. She and her staff regularly participate in continuing education and attend numerous seminars to stay current on leading-edge technology and dental treatments, allowing them to provide their patients with more options for the best possible results.

Dr. Anne received her B.S. in Biology from Loyola University in 1980 and her D.D.S. from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1984. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society.
Marilou has been with Dr. Solus since 1982. First with Dr. Eleanor, now with Dr. Anne. She really enjoys working with Dr. Anne and her coworkers. 'Everyone is so nice and always willing to help each other out.' She started out as a dental assistant and still knows her way around the operatory, but Marilou has taken the mantle of Office Manager and ran with it. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Anna has been a dental assistant for 35 years and has worked part time with Dr. Anne since 2016. She loves to work here with Dr. Anne and the staff. 'What I like most about the office is the genuine camaraderie with my coworkers and the quality of care that we give to our patients.' In her free time, Anna enjoys gardening, all types of animals and good mystery novel to wind down the day.

As a very long time patient of Dr. Anne l never yet had a bad experience. My needs were always met and no complaint about her friendly staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Dr. Anne if you are looking for a Dentist here in Orland Park.

It is always a 5 star visit when I go to Dr. Anne's office. This time I would like to thank her for the great job she did on fixing my cracked lower front tooth. You know how important front teeth are, the first thing a smile shows. Well, she fixed it better than it was before. I was leaving to go on vacation when I had a tooth problem. Anne got me in the next day to have it checked and taken care of. I was very relieved and it allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Thank you

Had tooth sensitivity, and Dr Anne got lime scheduled with an Endodonic quickly. Had 2 root canals. Dr Ann did the restoration on a previous crown, and made a new crown for the new est root canal. All done quickly, and very satisfied.

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time due to fear/anxiety. After experiencing tooth pain that made it difficult to eat, I found Dr Solus Gaffney and reached out for an appt. Anna, the assistant, knew how nervous I was and treated me with the utmost care and compassion. She talked me through everything. Dr Solus Gaffney was warm and welcoming. She explained what was needed and made sure I didn't leave with any questions. I only wish that I had found her sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anne's for many years and will continue to be for many more. She never rushes me and takes the time to answer any of my questions and concerns at each appointment. I have also been pleased with the other practitioners that she has referred me to for past root canals. If I have had any concerns outside office hours and have left a voicemail I get a call back shortly thereafter.
