Staff is friendly but me and my daughter had treatment there after 20 aligners of invisiline nothing was corrected and they said they were trying to fix a space between my front teeth (that I never had) and the space on the side was never closed and they wanted me to go on for a year and pay again to fix wha I initially visited for... and for my son, he had just finished orthodontics with other doctor so we went for a scan to print retainers and they never printed them, every time I ask for them they said he need a new scan because he haven't used the retainers (he was using old ones from other doctor) but they wouldn't print them for nothing in the world they want him to go into treatment again. Anne doesn't listen she just does what she thinks you want and you lose your time and money. So mad now my son and daughter will need treatment because they never made the retainers and now teeth are shifting and they won't print the scan with straight teeth they have because they said it won't feet... just do IT! will be tight but it will fit I know because I skip using my retainers for months some times and they fit back in, I contacted them and Im not changing my review unless they make the retainers with the scan they have.

Both of my children received orthodontic treatment from Dr. O'Day and their smiles have turned out beautifully. My daughter was told she would need extensive treatment at another office and to have teeth removed. Dr. O'Day was just the opposite. She is professional, friendly and will choose the best option for your child. Her pricing is very reasonable and her staff is knowledgable and very friendly.

Both of my sons go to Dr. Anne O'Day and we have had a WONDERFUL experience! My oldest son Tyler just got his braces off! From the beginning to the end, he felt comfortable and in good hands! The staff are extremely friendly, and you get to know everyone on a personal level! We hardly ever had to wait for the Dr. in fact the only one time that we did have to "wait", Dr O'Day gave him movie tickets for being so patient! She is the best!

My twin daughters have been getting their orthodontic work with Dr. Anne O'Day, and her amazing staff for more years for quite a while. They both had serious, complicated issues with their bite, shape of their mouth, and tooth formation. Dr. O'Day took a layered, systemic approach to fixing their many issues. The staff has been patient, kind, and efficient. Dr. O'Day explains things in a logical, informed professional manner. Our girls are now in the home stretch of their process, and their smiles are perfect. We never imagined they would look this great, considering all of their complications. Thank you, Dr. O'Day and staff for helping to give our girls confidence and beautiful smiles.

Our daughter was seen by Dr. O'Day and her staff for several years. We were recommended by our pediatric dentist and we knew the minute we stepped foot in the office it was the place for us. Never having braces I wasn't sure of the process or how anything worked. Dr. O'Day and Leslie explained everything from start to finish. We were particularly impressed that the answer wasn't "let's slap on some braces at 10 years old and she'll be good to go" Dr O'Day's approach was comprehensive---here's the root of the problem, here's what needs to happen before braces so the braces can have the most impact. In fact, braces alone would not have solved our daughter's problem. We thought she had an overbite when she actually had her lower jaw set back too far. What we learned was amazing. While we saw Dr O'Day for about 3 years she only had the braces for a year and 3 days. The other years was laying the groundwork for the braces to do their thing. Trust the process--it's worth it.

I can't say enough about Dr. O'Day and her staff! The ladies who work there are so knowledgeable and personable, the office is super clean and cheerful! They always have something special happening whether it's a fun photo contest, guessing jar, or March Madness event. Dr. O'Day truly cares about the children in her care and no matter what kind of day they are having in the office, you can always count on smiles and warm greetings combined with humor. We recommend them to anyone who is in need of orthodontic care. You won't find anyone better (mike drop)!

Dr O'Day and her staff have done amazing work with our sons' orthodontic care. Dr O'Day's expertise is top-notch and we (and the boys) couldn't be happier with the outcome. They involved the boys and held them accountable in a kind and caring way (which is why I think my older son is still wearing his retainers religiously 2 years out)!! The entire team is always smiling and helpful.....Dr O'Day's office kept us informed throughout these crazy few months of the pandemic and continues to do so which has been extremely helpful.
