Dr. Ann is a very kind and professional dentists . Her office is very clean, and extremely comfortable to be in. I have been coming to her for years, and so have my kids. She is great with putting kids at ease.

Very professional. I appreciated her being open on a Friday afternoon and getting me in on short notice for an emergency chipped front tooth!

Wish they would have been more clear on what insurance and or Medicaid they accepted.. and they requested payment up front for a procedure that is going to cost more than $1000..I just can't come up with that amount in one fell swoop!!! I am just trying to use a benefit that I have..

Dr. Anne Siegrist is an amazing dentist! Similar to many, I have a less than rational fear of visiting the dentist. This, coupled with highly sensitive teeth makes visiting a dentist scary for me as I've had multiple poor experiences. I was searching for a dentist near my home in Appleton and I came across Dr. Siegrest. I read reviews on Google and decided to book an appointment to do some major dental work I had been putting off. Trust me when I say that Anne and her team are amazing. She is efficient, gentile, and does a thorough job. If you are searching for someone who understands what their patients need as well as knowing what needs to be done, and the ability to execute on a high level...look no further! 10/10 recommend Dr. Siegrist.

Poor experience there. Explained that I did not have insurance until the 1st and asked if she could check for infection on a tooth that broke. X-rayed the tooth and said, "no abscess and it is broken." Then she had me open my mouth and repeated "that tooth is broken." She then charged me both fir the X-ray (which I agree I should pay for and seems to include looking at it) and a $98.00 fee for an exam. There was no exam, I literally opened my mouth for 10 seconds and she verified what she already knew from the X-ray. She then tried to guilt me into having the tooth extracted that moment although I had stated before the appointment that I would not be doing that without insurance. She brought out all of the supplies for the extraction and pressured me to sign a consent form. I repeated that I would be waiting until insurance-that we are a one income home and that I really had to wait despite it being painful. I find it odd that in the owners response she is saying that I asked her to commit insurance fraud when all I repeatedly did was explain my insurance was not active and that I would be paying out of pocket for the exam and had to wait until my insurance was active for any major procedure, I asked if I needed any prescriptions for antibiotics and she said, "let me take the tooth out and we'll know." Then she said, " if you are waiting you aren't in pain so no antibiotics and no pain medications." This is all after I explicitly explained my insurance situation and the reason for the appointment: manage pain, determine if there is infection, and create an action plan for the next week once my insurance was active. I paid the full amount and asked for a copy of my X-rays. She said, "that takes a while." I said, "no problem I could stop by another time, can I pick them up later?" I made a point to be polite despite being upset. I knew I was in pain so maybe I was overreacting. (Although this woman had just explained to me that I wasn't in pain) as for the X-rays she said, "we'll see." I asked her what would prohibit me from getting my x-rays and she said that she charges for them. She said that to prepare them for someone to take it requires about two hours of work so she charges $25.00. I said that that was no problem. She said, "we'll see." again and handed me back my card. I did not feel listened to in this office. My appointment was rushed. The "exam" was not an exam. The care was non existent. The manner in which I was spoken to was dismissive. I could not get out of here fast enough. I don't write reviews often and when I do they tend to be positive. I'm writing this one because the level of care was so low I wanted to let others know about it. I see positive reviews too. I don't know why my experience was so different than what others have reported. Please excuse typos/autocorrect errors, typed on mobile Edit: I am not a government contractor and I don't work for a secret company. Perhaps the owner is confusing me with someone else?

I have learned so much on just how important oral health is and the impact it can have on your general health in a very comprehensive manner and easily understood. I appreciate all the efforts Anne has made in educating me on maintaining a healthy and happy mouth. Her assistant, Danielle, is such an asset and always professional. Thank you for all your help! Helped me get rid of 10+ years of poor dental hygiene. My teeth feel clean for once and i plan on keeping it that way. And also caring and helping you through the process of what you need done. - N.H.

Dr Siegrist and Danielle are a great team. Both have excellent skills. I really like the common sense approach to their work. This is an excellent dental office you can trust for you and your family. Dr. Siegrist does not try to upsell you work not needed.

My husband and I have been going to Anne for long time. She is very thorough, caring, and proactive. When I had bleeding gums last year, she I referred me to a periodontist. I had periodontal disease in two spots in my upper jaw. My husband broke his tooth on a Sunday, and she saw him the next day. I would recommend Anne to anyone.

I first went to Dr. Siegrist with a toothache several years ago, and have been a regular customer ever since. She and her staff are compassionate, friendly and fun. I especially like that Dr. Siegrist does my teeth cleaning herself. I am happy also, to support a local, independent businesswoman.
