I have always found practicing orthodontics to be extremely gratifying. Not only am I using the skills and expertise acquired during my training, but I also have the joy in seeing the benefits of a beautiful smile for my patients.
I went to the University of New Hampshire for my Pre-Dental program upon and was able to complete my undergraduate degree in two and a half years. Out of my 150 classmates in our graduating class, there were only two women, so I guess you could say I was a pioneer for women in the dental profession.
I went to Indiana University Dental School in Indianapolis and graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I continued on to Tufts University in Boston where I received my Certificate of Orthodontics in 1976 and was only the second American woman to complete the program.
I feel that any field is always changing, especially the sciences. I made a three year commitment to the Roth-Williams Functional Occlusal course in San Francisco, CA and continue to attend national and local study club meetings to continue my education.

I am the bilingual assistant in the office so if you need any translation in Spanish, I am the person for you. In the time I am not in the office, you can find me streaming video games on YouTube to have fun with my viewers and friends.
I am a graduate of Westchester School For Dental Assistants where I obtained my dental assisting certification. I am inspired to work with Doctor Kossowan and her team. In the office, I will check patients in by taking their temperature and asking pre-screen questions for everyones safety.

Dr K is extremely thorough, focused on perfect results, and at the same time very friendly. Ricardo and Dr K was always willing to take time to explain each step of the treatment and why it was necessary and what I could do to shorten the treatment time and get the best results. My teeth came out perfect just as she predicted at my initial appointment. They look and feel great. Im beyond pleased

Mon son is currently receiving services there and we are very pleased. Dr Kossovan and her staff are very friendly, show that they care about their patients and are generous with their time. They worked with our insurance very efficiently and are reasonably priced. Since my son is highly sensitive, I was worried that he would not tolerate the treatment well. However, thanks to dr Kossovan's gentle touch, my son has been feeling very comfortable throughout his first 6 months of treatment and I am thrilled.

Anne is a great orthodontist and so gentle with the kids. She has taken care of my children and done my Invisalign treatment. She was there for every step and answered every question our family had during the process.

Dr Kossawan with her expertise was ready and eager to take on a complex case and is confident we will have great results. I can already see slight changes after not even 10 weeks. She is fantastic at keeping me focused on optimal outcome vs any hurdles along the way. If you're needing orthodontic support, this is a wonderful place to go.
