After completing her education, Dr. Langguth spent several years at a state-of-the-art private practice in Northern Virginia while her husband served at Quantico Marine Corps Base and the Pentagon. She has extensive experience treating Invisalign and Invisalign Teen cases. She is well-versed in the use of digital scanning in place of impressions and in the use of 3D imaging to better diagnose orthodontic cases.
Dr. Langguth also has a special interest in how breathing and airway affect jaw development and is a continual student of this ever-developing topic. In addition, Dr. Langguth has completed numerous hours of continuing education at the Spear Center and the Dawson Academy.

Staff is always polite and ever accommodating. They ensure that any questions you have are thoroughly and knowledgeably answered. Hopefully I never have any more orthodontic needs, but if I do, I know where I'd go.

Dr. Langguth and her team were absolutely great. The process went so smoothly. And because Dr. Langguth was very thoughtful about the optimal timing to begin my daughter's treatment the entire course of treatment went so much more quickly than it otherwise would have. She also was great about explaining her reasoning and all of the various options. Her team assisting in treatment was great, as well as the front office and billing staff. Great great great!!

Annapolis Orthodontics is one of the best run places I have ever been! This sounds like high praise for a Orthodontist, however, Julie and her team are amazing! They truly care about each of their clients and make every interaction special. I could not be happier with the results and have been/will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen! Getting braces as an adult can be a rather daunting task... However, They made the entire process stress free and seamless! They were very accommodating with appointments and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My family will be customers for life! THANK YOU Annapolis Orthodontics! I am 65 years young. I was looking to get my old smile back. This was my first experience with an orthodontist. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Langguth and her staff. I chose Invisalign on both top and bottom. Dr. Langguth did not give up on me until she was 100% satisfied. I love my new smile and the staff is so professional and friendly. Love love love this place! I wanted my teeth straightened in time for my wedding and it was able to happen! I was very insecure about all my gaps between my teeth (especially my front teeth). I believe I saw them in December, and when I told them about my situation of moving to another state once I get married in July, and they made sure they had a plan to make it happen as fast as possible. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and I'm so glad that they have helped me make my wedding day even more special :)

I had the most incredible experience at Annapolis Orthodontics! I got Invisalign for spaces I had on my top row of teeth and overcrowding on my bottom row. 9 months later, I have the smile I am so proud to show off. I told the team my wedding was a year away and my goodness they always took such good care of me and made me feel so special! They always asked about the wedding and made sure my smile was picture perfect months in advance. The office is always so welcoming and helpful with the beginning stages of insurance and billing, and being accommodating with scheduling appointments. I have the smile of my dreams and I even received a whitening kit as a wedding gift! I cannot say enough good things about Annapolis Orthodontics!
