When he isnt practicing dentistry, Dr. Chen enjoys spending quality time with his wife Ella and their three children Ellie, Elody, and Leonardo. They love camping in the summer time and skiing during winter. He also loves swimming, golfing, and watching soccer.

Can not say enough to express how great my experience was! The staff was super helpful and kind. The dental hygienist was gentle and knew I was nervous. The dentist is okay however the front office is run in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner in my opinion. Staff do not appear to know how to do their job. Statements are not provided consistently making it difficult to ascertain total bill for service what is covered with insurance and what's your responsibility. Demands for money upfront before service is provided leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Five stars as usual Dr Chen is excellent his bedside manners is professional and his passion to provide excellent customer service is impeccable as well as A+ dental experience. Evelyn at the front desk is always pleasant and greeting the place is always immaculate I felt very comfortable visiting them during covid-19

Dr. Chen, is amazing. He answered all of my question's before and after any of the procedures I have had done. He is straight forward and he never tells you what you may want to hear but always what you need to hear. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. I certainly will recommend him, because I trust his care.

This is my favorite dentist office! My daughter and I have been coming here regularly for years. We love the entire staff. The Dentists are compassionate and stand behind the quality of there work. Everyone is friendly, offers fabulous advice, they have excellent hours, and have always been available, when I've needed them.

The experience was pleasant at first. Unlike like no other actually, for a second there I thought I had finally found a great dentist! That's until they broke my tooth, poorly did my fills (which later cracked/fell out) and scheduled me for an appointment on a day that they were not open (04/22/22). For weeks I complained about pain, I called the office a whopping 3 times about my tooth and explained to them that I could not chew on the left side, first time I called it was because I was sick, so sick I could not eat, I explained the pain and later rescheduled. The following two times I called was again due to the unbearable pain... after a crazy 3/4 appointments I was finally told "the tooth is broken and must come out..." the first couple times I was simply told that "it would go away, it's just sore and it takes some time..." After this I got a letter (05/20/22) from them dismissing me and telling me they would not be providing me service anymore, why? I'm not sure... Personally not my favorite place, wouldn't recommend. I have yet to receive a call, speak to a dentist, or even get my x-Rays. At one point i even tried to call my insurance and file a claim myself... (which of course i later found out i could not do because it had to be done by the institution...) this is after they had insisted to me that they called (which they didn't). They told me they would call me back regarding the tooth... yet, nothing I was just dismissed by letter and never heard from them again. I am now left with a broken tooth, and numerous bad fills that hurt to chew on, and no dentist lol. Wishing you all the best and hoping no one else has to endure this unbearable pain under the care of your institution. Update : (5/23/22) After calling, the X-Rays were forwarded over, however I received this dismissal letter due to something that was out of my control... I will try and attach the appointment card that was given to me upon my departure from the office.

The building was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The office was extremely cleaned, and I witness staff cleaning after we used equipment. My hygienist was Alyssa. She is super sweet and gentle. She explained everything well. Dr. Miller made me feel comfortable with the dental work he recommended. If you are searching for a knowledgeable dentist, I recommend Annapolis Dental Suite.
