Dental Implants are a new alternative in tooth replacement. The procedure consists of two stages: placement of a replacement tooth root at a specialists office or our office, followed by placement of a tooth replacement (crown) at our office.
In some cases, when there is abundant jawbone tissue and the patient is in good health, some specialists offer immediate loading. In this single-day procedure, the implant and crown are placed simultaneously.
More commonly, the crown is fitted several months after implant placement, allowing the implant time to fuse with the jawbone. In cases involving bone grafting, the graft must first heal for several months before the implant can be placed. The implant must then integrate into the bone for several months before the crown can be adhered to the implant.
The first portion of the procedure is done at your specialists office. The gum covering the area is gently folded back and the underlying bone prepared to receive the implant. The extent of the bone preparation is dependent on the number of implants required. The implant(s) are then placed, and the gum sutured. The implant should fully integrate into the bone after 3 to 6 months.

We understand the difficult balance that todays families face and have a zero percent payment plan with Care Credit available to help with any out of pocket costs associated with your treatment. For those patients that are uninsured we have a special IN HOUSE program available and are committed to work within your family budget so that you will be able to service the dental needs of your family.
Dr. Kennedy Dele attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology minor with a Fine Art background. Following graduation, Dr. Dele was accepted into The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey New Jersey Dental School where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. There he found balance in his passion for science and his love of art as he pursued his career as a general and cosmetic dentist.
After his dental graduation, he continued his post- doctoral education in a highly competitive General Practice Residency Program at the Washington D.C Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C.There, he received training in all the dental specialties with rotations in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Implants, Oral Pathology, Periodontal Surgery, Oral Facial Pain, TMJ, Anesthesia and Intravenous sedation at Washington Hospital Center, Washington D.C and The National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Dele is the recipient of numerous academic awards, honors and achievements. He is exemplified by the numerous continuing education courses he takes throughout the year in various topics in general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Dele currently holds dental licensure in the State of Maryland and Virginia. He maintains memberships in The American Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentistry.

I would give these guys a review of above and beyond if I could! Incredibly polite, fast and so good at what they do, Dr. Dele is such a detailed and kind doctor I am so happy I choose to have him work on my mouth! I highly recommend this place. I was on a very tight schedule and they somehow always made things work for me in a speedy and good quality way. His staff is absolutely phenomenal as well. This is probably one of the best doctors I've ever met. Dr. Dele and his staff work do right by you and you will not regret ever seeing them! Also, affordable. Thank you all so much for the time and work you've done on my mouth. Will continue to see this office as my new dental office.

Let me start this off with the fact that I am someone who has never feared the dentist but has also never cared to sit patiently in the dental chair while getting work done. Especially cleanings. They're the bane of my existence. Nonetheless, I have been going to Dr. Dele for two years now. I originally went to another dentist in Annapolis whose practice has been around for a long time, Oneal Russell, but their office is old fashioned and only open for short hours at a time. While they weren't bad, I was looking for somewhere more flexible, and found ADC. They are even open on Saturdays! Those who have lived in MD for a while or grew up here know how uncommon that is. ADC accommodates the regular/irregular working man/woman hours, are open and upfront about cost BEFORE your appointment, sit you down and explain the cost, are friendly don't have those nasty rinse bowls next to your dental chair that have someone's last spit in, and is nicely temperature regulated. It's CLEAN!! Updated, Dr. Dele even displays his art on the walls lol. They're just an overall great place to go to. If you're disappointed when going here, it's cause you're a hermit crab. :) Very professional- and they even numb you with numbing paste before giving the needle. My last few dentists didn't even bother lol. I appreciate Dr. Dele and ADC staff, IN MY OPINION!!!! Give them a raise!

I had an emergency and needed a crown reinstalled. I called they were able to see me within 24 hours. The front desk was very helpful with all my questions and were very timely. The doctor was great, he explained the problem and made everything very clear. He fixed my crown and I could not be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them and am grateful for helping me when I needed help.

I came in without insurance and they said I had 5 cavities. Went to a place when I got insurance and they said they didn't know why this place said I had five cavities when I only had two. They knew I didn't have insurance and were trying to squeeze money out of me

I'm one of those people who loves going to the dentist, and this place did not disappoint. All the staff are friendly and competent. Dr. Dele is fantastic--he does excellent work, and does it quickly. This is the kind of practice that immediately earns your loyalty. :)

After having a bad experience at a different dentist in Annapolis, I scheduled to have some fillings done here. It was wonderful! I have been coming here ever since. The Doctor is personable, good at his job, and doesn't try to "sell" you on things. I feel like I can trust him if he says I need something done and don't feel like he's just trying to get my money. The ladies at the desk are great too! They are always able to get me a reasonable appt. The hygienists are my least favorite part - I have had one that was very quiet in a rude way and one that was super chatty in an over sharing way. But overall I love this place and recommend to my friends!

I really like this office, staff and Dr. Dele. The office is updated and clean. The staff are always kind and patient. Brenda was great at explaining cost and procedures. Dr Dele is a fantastic dentist. He approaches everything with education and explanation. He wants to make sure the patient understands why he's recommending something... not just what he's recommending. He's not pushy and doesn't make you feel forced into making decisions then and there. I recommend this office for anyone who wants a good, trustworthy dentist looking out for YOUR best interests.
