Utilizing a comprehensive patient-focused approach, our doctors thoroughly examine every patient screening for oral cancer, analyzing the teeth, gums, and jaw to evaluate and assess long term oral care. A whole health treatment plan will be customized to the needs of each individual patient.
Dr. Grimm graduated from North Carolina State University. He continued his studies by attending the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland, where he received his dental degree. He completed his general practice residency at Prince George's Hospital Center. Dr. Grimm is an alum of the prestigious Dawson Academy.
Dr. Grimm is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and belongs to several professional organizations. He maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association, and the Anne Arundel County Dental Society and the Annapolis Dental Study Club.
He and his wife, Sally, live in the Annapolis community and participate in local activities. Dr. Grimm is a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Annapolis. He enjoys numerous outdoor avocations in his spare time.
Dr. Mankiewicz earned his doctorate degree in dentistry from the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery. Originally from Arnold, MD, he attended Severna Park High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Salisbury University. He has done numerous hours of continuing education, training under renowned acclaimed practioners Dr. Frank Spear and Dr. Peter Dawson. Dr. Mankiewicz is an active member of several professional organizations including The American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The Maryland State Dental Society, and the Chesapeake Dental Implant Study Club to name a few.
Dr. M as many patients call him is recognized as one of America's Top Dentists for honors of distinction and excellence in care by the Consumers Research Council of America. Outside of the office Dr. Mankiewicz is involved in the local fitness community instructing personal training and counseling nutrition. I have been going to this office for years and when my son moved back into the area, I suggested he use Dr. Mankiewicz also. We are very happy with the care and attention we get at the office. Five star all the way!

After trying several local dentists, I've been seeing Dr. Mankiewicz for several years now. He's always professional and does high-quality work. The dental hygienists are friendly, non-judgmental, and efficient. I have some dental anxiety, but I feel comfortable coming here. The receptionists are super helpful (especially Paula), and making appointments is easy. I referred my spouse and sister, and we all agree that this place is great. My sister lost her dental insurance during college and had to buy some cheap, off-brand insurance. She was really stressed, but they worked with her and accepted the insurance, no problem. She still drives all the way from Alexandria to go to this dentist. I have zero complaints -- highly recommend.

Dr. Mankiewicz is the best dentist I've ever been to. He made me feel comfortable and safe. The staff is incredibly welcoming. I just moved to the area and I'm so excited I found this practice. I highly recommend it.
