The people from the front entrance, greeting area, to the dentist was kind, friendly, professional and courteous. The service was fantastic, the processes was explained and clearly communicated. Great experience.

By FAR, this has been my favorite dentist/dental office in Texas!! I love how swiftly procedures are done, how efficient and clear everything is, and really, everyone has SUCH wonderful character. Each time I've gone, they remember me, ask about my life, send wonderful emails, etc. I would have loved to keep going to this office for the rest of my life, but we are moving out of state; if not for that, I would never stop coming here for any of my dental issues and cleanings!! If you are in the area (evem a bit aways!), and need a GREAT dentist.... definitely check out Anna Smiles.

Like most people, I dread going to the dentist, but I've had a deep clean and 2 teeth extractions at Anna Smiles and my experience there was always amazing! They make you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. Everyone is great! They communicate thoroughly and make the whole experience as pleasant and relaxing as can be.

Dr. Inapuri is the best. She not only explains WHAT needs to be done but WHY things need to be done. If you have difficulty understanding she'll use xrays and even hand drawn sketches to make everything clear. And her finished work is flawless. Her state-of-the-art facility is always spotless and her staff is freindly and efficient.

I just got a regular cleaning here. The lady who cleaned my teeth was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I am 25 and have had many cleanings in my life but this was the best yet. She was thorough and did a great job! Other offices have hurt my mouth doing the X-rays, but she did it so easily and with minimal pain. Also, in the past some hygienists have left the crusty paste or just a bad taste in my mouth afterward, but not with this hygienist! She was awesome! My teeth felt so smooth and clean afterward. I'm serious when I say 10/10 great experience the dentist and the front office staff were also very nice! Thank you!!

Anna smile dental has been nothing but amazing throughout with my family including myself recently. The experience has been pleasant due the fact Dr Inapuri displays such patience and care for her patients. Furthermore, the entire staff has been exceptionally professional and courteous. To the hygienists, thanks for everything.

I had a great first experience with Anna Smiles. I had mixed up with appt time and it was my fault, and the staff and front desk was very patient and understanding in working with me. I had a great hygienist that knew what she was doing. Very gentle while examining and cleaning my teeth and gums. My father was an Orthodontist, so I've had the opportunity to experience great hygienists and dental assistants. I think this hygienist in particular mentioned she was only covering in that location, but I'm sure the other hygienists there are just as capable and experienced as the one I was lucky to have. I have an appointment with them next week for some work done and I keep you posted on my experience with them.

Dr. Pavani Inapuri and staff are the best! They are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Inapuri really cares about the patient experience. She is kind, patient, professional and very competent. My husband was treated exceptionally well. He had a tooth extracted with NO pain! Best dental experience ever. Office staff is accommodating and so good at communicating. Has definitely changed our minds about dental care . Highly recommend this office! Beautiful office and meticulously clean.

"5 STAR" treatment is what you will get here at Anna Smiles Dental Center. Just had my follow up visit and again "Excellent Service"!!! This place by far is hands down excellent customer satisfaction. Love the staff here as they are very friendly and personable. If your looking for a dentist in the Anna area, please go here and tell them Ron has sent you!! You will not be disappointed!

I was told they did implants and could get me fixed up, but they tried pawning me off to some other dentist that wasn't even open. They acted like the time and money I sacrificed in order to waste time in their chair was no big deal. They then charged me for doing absolutely nothing. My kids and I will not be using their services again.
