Dr. Shirley established her own practice in 2018. In the Fall of 2021 she merged with Dr. Joe Kiesel, a local dentist who has practiced in East Texas for over 30 years. Dr. Kiesel now practices part time with Dr. Shirley.
Dr. Shirley creates a boutique-style dental experience. She offers flexible, personalized care for your entire family and considers her patients to be friends. She enjoys helping patients have the confidence to smile again either by giving them relief of dental related pain or giving them the beautiful smile they have always wanted. She is here to meet your dental needs, no matter what they may be. She only sees one patient at a time. There is only one dental chair at our office and it s yours.
Dr. Anna Shirley grew up in Center, TX, and is happy to be back in East Texas, raising her family and growing her dental practice. Dr. Shirley worked as an assistant for her father, Dr. Danny Windham, while she was in high school and decided she wanted to be a dentist while she was a freshman at Stephen F. Austin University. She soon transferred to Southern Methodist University where she graduated magna cum laude with her bachelors degree in chemistry. Dr. Shirley earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree cum laude from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. She enjoys being creative, and dentistry is her way to channel that creativity to help others and express her personality.
Dr. Shirley is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Ark La Tex Academy of Dentistry, and has studied at the prestigious Pankey Institute. She takes many advanced courses each year so she can give her patients the best dental experience available.

Dr Anna Shirley and the staff in her office are the best!! She is attentive, and thorough. I am soooo happy with the cosmetic repair work she did for me!! She made my smile great again.

Anna Shirley has got to be the best Dentist ever. Her professionalism complimented by her kindness and high tech approach make a uncomfortable situation a pleasant experience. On top of all of this the entire office staff will warm your heart and crack a person up even without laughing gas

Dr. Shirley is so attentive and kind and her office staff is amazing and patient too. My kiddos are not always the best patients but she always is able to get them to cooperate and provide them with a positive dental experience ;)

I recently began the process of dental implants with Dr Shirley. I have been very impressed through this entire process. Dr Shirley and her entire staff have been very professional in all aspects of this treatment. From my first exam everything was explained clearly and all costs were transparent. They have been very accommodating with my schedule. Dr Shirleys talent and attention to fine detail has restored my smile, I could not be happier!

Dr. Anna Shirley was excellent! It was my son's first time having dental work done and she was super patient with him. He had a great first experience. Also, her and Gabby took plenty of time to fully explain the details around my son's treatment plan. Looks like we've found our new family dentist

Best experience I've ever had at a Dentists Office! There was no wait period and the staff were so welcoming and nice. The office is also super comfy and clean. When Dr. Shirley came in to see me, i felt like I was seeing an old friend; she's so nice, warm and inviting! Most dentists are cold & to the point. I felt like she did her best to get to know me and what I wanted out of cosmetic dentistry. She was even willing to work with my budget while also giving me ideas to still get what I wanted. My entire consultation was an hour from start to finish and I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. 5 star experience, 100% recommend!

I always look forward to appointments with Dr Anna Shirley. My brother, who has Down Syndrome, usually has an appointment twice a year for maintenance on his dentures. He looks forward to seeing her to do the cleaning and maintenance. I attend those appointments with him. Today Dr Shirley made a night guard to keep me from grinding my teeth at night. I had one previously that has been lost and as a result, I wake with a headache many mornings. She was able to create the piece and fit it within about 20 minutes. I appreciate her consideration and kindness as well as expertise.

Mrs. Anna is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! She completely changed my smile! She is so professional ,caring and a perfectionist. She will not stop until your teeth are perfect and you are happy with the results. I'm truly thankful for her and her and the girls that work there. The staff (Gabby 1 and Gabby 2) and Dr. Shirley were amazing to work with! I went in for a consultation on some cosmetic work I need done. Dr. Shirley was kind and listened to my concerns, she went over some different options with me as to what the different processes entail and what to expect, as well as pricing options. Dr. Shirley answered all my questions and took time to help me weigh my options. The offices are beautiful and everyone is exceedingly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!

Dr. Anna Shirley and her staff are truly exceptional. I had extensive restorative and cosmetic dental needs. I had prior dental work that needed correction. My teeth were discolored and gingivitis left large unsightly gaps. Dr. Shirley and her assistant Gabby made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I was constantly monitored to make sure that I was pain-free and comfortable right down to if I was warm and or could see the series I chose to watch during my care (a couple of seasons of Poldark - I did say I needed extensive work). Dr. Shirley it's not only an excellent dentist but also an artist. For the first time in my life I am able to smile proudly and without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Shirley and Gabby for literally changing my life.
