We appreciate everything about Dr. Jones office. She and her staff are very friendly and personable, but also extremely efficient and professional - the best of both worlds!

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist however Dr. Jones makes it very easy to go. She is always kind and genuine which is very nice. Her staff is great also. If you want a great dentist she is the one! No extra b.s. and no up selling like most places just exactly what is needed!

Had been dr Meyers patient for yrs. broke a tooth and went in to get it filled dr Jones tells me it needs a root canal and crown. So I decided to get it done in AZ. This winter. So I was very surprised when after dr Kirk xrayed my teeth in AZ and said I didn't need crown or root canal. That it would easily be filled. I would not recommend dr Jones. I don't appreciate being lied too. Sure didn't make a good first impression. Guess a new building and degree cost money. But it won't be my money that's for sure. Sure miss Dr. meyers. I could trust him to be honest. My wife and I will never go back.

We found Dr. Jones after we moved to the area last year. I was having really bad tooth pain and she was able to get me in the same day I called. Dr. Jones and her assistant were so nice and really took care of me. Now my husband and kids go to her too. We could not be happier that we found Dr. Jones as our new dentist! She always takes great care of all of us and I trust her with all of my families' dental needs.

Dr Anna Jones and her staff are very courteous and professional. My dental care has been really great and also very affordable. The best dentist in the area by far.

Dr. Jones and her team are awesome. Everyone is so kind and compassionate during our visits. Dr. Jones is such a gentle dentist; she is also conservative and doesn't recommend unnecessary treatment like some offices do. I 100% trust Dr. Jones and her team with my family's dental care- we are so happy we found her!

When my old dentist retired, we tried Dr. Jones and loved the whole experience. Entire staff is friendly, efficient, and gentle. No waiting an hour past your appointment like some dentists, if you're signed in on time you get seen on time.

Quoted $900 for a bridge that wound up costing me $1800. Beware of the surprise bill and your insurance company not necessarily agreeing with this dentist's opinion about your treatment. I had been going to this office for 10 years before Anna Jones took it over. I was told I should get a bridge on one side of my mouth and saved my money for years to pay the $900 it was going to cost me. I finally did it this year only to get a call a few weeks later that my insurance company didn't approve the full payment for my bridge because my dentist- Anna Jones- was supposed to offer me a partial because of another tooth missing on the other side of my mouth. A partial was never mentioned to me at all and would have cost significantly less money. I was told by Shannon in the office that they only "sometimes" do prior authorizations and that I would owe an additional $500 for my bridge. Why they chose not to do a pre authorization for the most expensive dental work I have ever had done, I have no idea. Dr. Jones was prompt in providing a letter of appeal to my insurance company which did impress me, but nevertheless, Delta Dental still did not agree with her and declined to pay more. I contacted the office to see what they could do about the balance and was told "she would probably not do anything for me", then received a call back that I could pay the balance back in a payment plan. I feel that she should have at least eaten some of the balance, that they are the experts in this situation, and they failed me. I do not believe they have any customer loyalty and are ultimately out to make as much money as possible. I had been going to this dentist religiously with my daughter every 6 months and have paid thousands of dollars for dental work in their office over the years aside from what they received from my insurance company. My husband was scheduled for a crown that was going to cost around $500 and I cancelled his appointment and used that money to pay them and be done. I also just had to pay another dentist to perform a root canal in a tooth under my 3 month old bridge. I was told there was a cavity in the tooth that wasn't repaired before doing the bridge like it should have been and the drilling or whatever exposed the bacteria to my roots. How a cavity like that was missed when I have had cleanings and a check up every 6 months in this office, I have no idea. Again, a $900 bridge wound up costing me $1800. I am just now able to chew on that side of my mouth after months of dealing with this. We will never go back to Anna Jones office. They lost the business of myself, my daughter, my son, and my husband. How that was worth $500 to her just baffles me.

I have had more than my fair share of dental work and never really found someone that was worth writing a review about. However, after my first visit with Dr. Jones and her staff I will not be going anywhere else. The staff was friendly and nice (not giving me too hard of time for being late) and Dr. Jones was awesome! She explained everything, answered my questions, and did the procedure was smooth and pain free! If you are looking for a dentist this group should be first on your list to visit!

No one enjoys going to the dentist but I have to day, I am very happy that I made an appointment here! Everyone was super nice and caring. I have not been to a dentist in 12 years and instead of trying to tell me how I have failed in that regard, they gave me props for taking care of my teeth so well myself! Their pricing (no dental insurance) was very affordable and they did an amazing job taking care of me. I am actually looking forward to my 6 month check up!
