I love taking away peoples insecurities and restoring their self-confidence. Many people are afraid of smiling if they think their teeth are off in some way. I love showing them how I can fix the things that are bothering them whether I use Invisalign, porcelain veneers, crowns, tooth-colored fillings or teeth whitening.
Patients often thank me and tell me that I am a special doctor because I took the time to listen, read between the lines and really help them. They appreciate having a dentist who does right by them, who treats them gently and respectfully. They learn first-hand how having straight teeth and a nicer smile can be so incredibly life-changing.
Seeing happy patients for over twenty years is the reason I like dentistry. Making a difference in someones quality of life is very gratifying for me. I also like teaching people that brushing and flossing arent just about clean teeth, but about overall health. People deserve to understand how their oral health can affect the rest of their bodies, based on the latest studies.
I get to know my patients personally; they are not just numbers to me and I dont have quotas for how many procedures I perform. I focus on whats really important to my patients and take a personal interest in them and their needs. I hope to give people better oral health by being thorough, caring, attentive and educational. My son (10) had teeth extracted, cavity's filled, and a cleaning. He had a great experience overall and the dentist had a soft touch, patience, and did a great job walking him through the process.

Best Dentist and staff. Dr. Pollatos and her staff really care about your teeth and gums status. They don't give up even when you may slip up in your home care. They all are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Pollatos and her staff.

On my first visit today, everyone in the practice was warm, welcoming, and making sure I understood each step taken. Nancy, the hygienist, was incredibly patient and extraordinarily delicate. Dr. Cullen was kind and extremely informative about how we will proceed with my treatment. Betty, the office manager, thoroughly explained the billing. I and my whole family have been going to Dr. Pollatos for over 20 years and her and all the staff have always treated us like the family you like. I would never think of going to any 1 else. I know it's weird to have strong positive feelings about a dentist's office, but I really love this dentist's office. The entire staff is friendly and pleasant and they go out of their way to make sure the patient feels comfortable and safe. The dentist I saw was excellent, and I feel very involved in my own care plan in a way I never have with other offices. It's clear the doctors are up on the current standards of care and technology. Also, the office is super clean, and their COVID protocols make me feel comfortable.

Dr.Pollatos and her staff are incredible! They are responsive , personable and professional. The office is also very clean and appointments are easily obtainable . After having dissapointing experiences with other dentist it is clear that Dr.Pollatos is worthy of 10 stars not just 5.

Always receive excellent care. Re-educated in use of waterpick. Forgot to hold vertical, although instructed in the past by Dental Hygienist. Always receive thorough cleaning and application of treatments. Dentist eval thorough. A pleasure to be a happy client.
