My last visit to the doctor didn't go so well so I left a negative feedback on my issuer website. Fast forward to now I scheduled another appointment for me and my family, we were running 15 minutes late I called the office to advised them. The office manager manager bluntly informed me that the doctor would not see us, and he didn't do anything to accommodated us, not even the chance to reschedule the appointment.

Dental hygienist was a bit rude. Didnt have much patience. She was very negative before she even started my cleaning which made me nervous.

Excellent ! Dr Ganness is fantastic as well as everyone in the office Karen and Donna ! Keep up the good work, highly recommend ! Been going for 20 years will not go anywhere else. Excellent service sent three friends recently who has an outstanding experience.

Called to see about making an appointment and see if there was any availabilty for the upcoming weekend...the female on the phone curtly replied "no". So i asked "what about next weekend", she flatly said "no". I asked if they had any openings for any weekends or if this office was open on weekends... the third time she said No.. i lost it... zero empathy, zero customer service, didnt even offered to give the hours of operations, nothing... sounded like a brat tryin to leave for the day

After having many bad experiences with dentist, I met Dr.Ganness. She was very patient, kind and worked very well with my two teenage daughters. Employees were very kind. Peaceful office. I recommend to everyone.
