Very well cared for, even though I was 20 minutes late because I had the wrong time in mind... and they'd had to call me to see if I was going. They still fit me in, and did great work.

I gave Ann Arbor Smiles five stars because of the friendliness of the staff and the care they showed as they listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. Chelsea (hygienist) took note of my oral routines and gave me tips and feedback that met my personal needs. During my examination, Chelsea (hygienist) and Doctor Emily communicated every step of the process and this made my experience very comfortable. In the past I have had dentists that took good care of my teeth, but none that I have visited has ever explained why my teeth were in the condition they are in so I never got a treatment plan. They would just clean my teeth and send me on my way. This is not the case concerning Ann Arbor Smiles. This group as a whole, is the finest Dentistry experience that I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Thank You

First time going back to a dentist office in many years! I was nervous about being judged/ridiculed about the lack of oral health by the staff but that was not the case. Everyone was super kind & non judgemental about my situation; they made sure that i was comfortable every step of the way. I have severe anxiety while getting worked on so that was super comforting on how they treated me from to finish. Highly recommend this office to anyone who is scared of going back to the dentist.

Dr. Emily Kennedy is amazing. She replaced a piece of an old chip in one of my front teeth. Between her ways of making a patient feel comfortable and her skills in making the tooth look completely natural, her profession is practically an art form. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Gray and his assistant Colud (not sure of the spelling) were both great. Dr. Gray is expertly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that the patient can understand what is being done. Colud was very professional and pleasant and friendly. They make a great team. I wouldn't go to another dental practice.

This is the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I was comfortable the entire time..and felt truly cared about from each staff I encountered. Dr.Shephard is a SKILLED dentist. I asked if he could save my tooth after being advised to pull it out at another office, and he delivered. I was so grateful to have saved my tooth, as well as be treated with respect and care in regards to my dental health. I won't go anywhere else and I am recommending Ann Arbor Smiles to anyone who has had a prior bad experience somewhere else. I am truly impressed and grateful for my experience. Thank you Dr.Shephard and Ann Arbor Smiles!
