I had a tooth pulled, the dentist and assistant took very good care to make I felt no pain and I did not, thank you ladies for taking such great care of me. I recommend Smiles of Arlington family dental for a painless and caring experience.

If you have any concerns about anxiety or nervousness when visiting a dentist office. You can set those aside by coming to see Dr Zamora and her staff. They are extremely talented and well educated but also have a very good bedside Manner and honestly have a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend seeing them if you're considering getting dental work done.

This doctor made me feel all my problems were already solved even before she started working on me!!that was a nice welcome.The staff were so friendly. will post pics of me after the whole treatment!!am positive the end results will be great

My experience with this Dental staff is NO STARS. Poor customer service, uncaring people, and disgustingly greedy so called Dentist! It took me numerous office visits to get ONE crown measured, only to fall off after their one year warranty had expired! The list of negative issues I dealt with at this place is too long to add here. I had one root canal & crown done in the past by a Dentist in another state, which is still going strong after 20 years. I very deeply regret choosing Smiles at Arlington located at the Highlands. I would NOT recommend it. The business is unethical and unexperienced! All they did is cost me lots of pain, too much money, and the problem is still unresolved.

I don't appreciate having to pay $10 for a munchie that must be used regularly for effective treatment. It is made to wear out so the price should be built into the cost of the INVISALIGN. I know you guys buy them in bulk at a discount so charging $10 for one is a hustle!!!! When his treatment is done. WE'RE DONE!!! We have great insurance so we can literally anywhere so if you want me and my funds. I expect better treatment.

All I have to say is, check with your insurance provider to be sure of the coverage you have, especially if you are a senior citizen. Especially if you're paying out of pocket! My experience was exhausting, constantly trying to charge me for fillings which were covered one hundred percent! The out of pocket charges changed twice because I questioned them and contacted my insurance provider. They have a serious lack of communication with the patient and each other. I feel that they have unethical financial, medical, professional and honesty practices! I can only imagine what people are paying out of pocket, who don't understand, what's covered or medical terminology. I decided to not return to this clinic for the reasons I've stated!

I received a botched root canal with lingering uncomfortable sensation from Dr. Zamora and her team after which they made several completely ineffective adjustments over a period of several months with no improvement. Yesterday someone from the office called me to set up an appointment and said I wouldn't need to wear a mask at any time, so I set up an appointment for the next available time. Today I went in for my appointment and was turned away for not wearing a mask, despite my explanation of what they had told me just the day before. I will not be doing any more business with these charlatans and liars.

I came here for my kids' bi-annual checkup and the service was very fast and efficient. The staff was very well mannered and was willing to answer all the questions I had about the treatment my kids were receiving. I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future as well.

I am the most critical person when it comes to doctors and dentists. I judge very strongly. My multiple visits to Dr. Zamora's office has been very pleasant and professional. I got a temporary bridge put in and their detail to perfection was absolutely outstanding. On my 2nd visit Connie was finishing up the details, fit, look, and my feel for my temporary bridge with great precision and care. The time and energy she spent on my look and comfort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced before at the dentist office. On my 3rd visit, Thursday, 2-13-21 at 15:00 I was able to show up 1 hour earlier than my 16:00 appointment. Carla, the receptionist was very polite, professional, and well groomed. I was very impressed by her warm smile and great attitude. After Carla opened the door for me and asked if I completed the questionnaire regarding COVID-19 and took my temperature she allowed me to come in and wait for Sylvia, one of Dr. Zamora's dental assistants to guide me to my dental chair where she fitted a temporary bridge for me. Sylvia did a fantastic job. The temporary bridge fit perfect. Felt good and looked good. Sylvia was very professional, polite, and dressed appropriately. I am very pleased with both visits. On Saturday 3/29/21 at 15:00 I had my last appointment for getting my final bridge put in. I was nervous, skeptical, and unknowing of my upper front teeth final outcome. I laid back for a couple hours and allowed the procedure to take it's course. After a couple hours of being very nervous about the final outcome. I looked in the mirror and my bridge looked great, felt great, and looked natural. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. zamora's dentist office. Everyone is kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous.

Dr. Jenkins is a amazing dentist. She is professional, courteous and very patient. Her skills seem to be unlimited. I have full confidence in her abilities. She definitely makes my trips to the dentist less stressful.
