I am so glad I found Dr Manning! I'm always taken care of so well by her and her amazing staff ! The office is so nice and super clean and I'm so comfortable with them and trust them completely. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr Manning's office for several years now, and while I have found the care to generally be above average, I have come to find hidden costs, which of late have left me unhappy. Example: Florid "rub" at the end of a cleaning is apparently optional (and NOT covered by insurance), but I cannot recall the last time I was asked whether or not I wanted it, it was simply applied, with the additional fee tacked on.

I am afraid of the dentist. I came here on a recommendation and boy was it a good one! The visit was painless from start to finish. The girl that cleaned my teeth (Sammy - I think) was so thourough and funny too. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything. Great experience.

Did not do good work. Gossips about patients in front of other patients. Staff lied about me and the doctor covered for her and said it didn't happen. Bad business.

Dr. Manning and her staff are nothing but professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and address ones questions/concerns thoroughly. You are always greeted with a smile from the office personnel which is wonderful. The office space is kept organized and immaculately clean.

Dr. Manning and her staff are incredible! I was seen as a new patient with an emergency during COVID. The protocol in the office as far as social distancing, sterilization, and patient intake is superb! They triaged me on the phone prior to scheduling my appointment, thoroughly explained what to expect at my visit, and sent me all the paperwork before hand. I was well prepared for my visit. Dr Manning and her assistant explained everything before starting my treatment as well as what to expect afterwards. She even went above and beyond as to have the lab technician come in for a custom match for my crown! I have already recommended Dr. Manning to my friends and family! Total home run when looking for a dental home!

Dr Manning and her staff are extremely competent, professional and thorough. They go out of their way to make sure your concerns are addressed and treatments are painfree. All questions are answered prior to treatment. Office hours are convenient. I highly recommend Dr Manning.

WORST PLACE EVER ! This use to be a good practice when Dr. Manning started. Unfortunately, NOT any more. Staff is horrible. Seems the goal is not right treatment but maximize profit from you and your insurance. VERY SAD. They are NOT at all transparent on what procedures insurance would cover. But would say it should cover and then if it doesn't Dr. Manning's staff and office manager Melissa calls with extremely rude calls. And threatens to cancel appointments. I went for regular cleaning and they told me I am due for my X Rays based on their records, so I let them do it. Apparently their records were wrong and Insurance didn't cover the charge. And they sent me the full invoice. I was not in any pain or any hurry to do X Rays, they wanted to just do it to make money and thinking that it was already due for it. Now if their office manager made a mistake in seeing the dates when X Rays were done last and if its in line with Insurance requirements, they should not charge us for their mistakes. Dr. Manning START Valuing your Patients , provide transparency and stop hiring people like Melissa who has no clue or sense of how to talk to patients or she cares about your reputation. She thinks she is the boss and wanted to cancel the appointment because YOUR staff didn't do the due diligence to ensure Insurance covers the additional cleaning. And she was completely okay to loose a 10 year old Patient of yours for 100 dollars. REALLY ??? Is that happening at YOUR DIRECTION ? Please START taking accountability if your staff missed a step rather than going hard on your patients. If your focus is collection instead of understanding and resolving the matter and instead of patients health, do let us know and we will let all our friends know about your NEW focus . And please ask your staff to stop making rude calls and Scamming people with all the irrelevant charges.

I had not been to a dentist in a long time. Dr. Farber did a very good job cleaning. She was also engaging and kind the whole time. The recently (so I heard) opened location in Rye Brook is a very nice space. I recommend Angela Manning and her staff.
