I've been going to Dr. Hoffman for 11 years now. I am terrified of the dentist but Dr. Hoffman has made me feel very comfortable. She is really gentle with my teeth. I recommend her, she has reasonable prices and pain free. The receptionist, Mireille made me also comfortable and answered every question I was worried about. Very friendly people.

Incredibly rude, I tried calling no answer, left a voicemail no response, went online, sent a request for an appointment no response. Tried calling again it was saying no voicemail was set up. So I decided to try again the next day. Finally someone picks up my call, saying Dental office, I simply asked if it was North Valley Dental and instead of nicely saying yes she responded with "ATTITUDE" saying North Valley Dental. After that I was disturbed but still continued to be professional, hoping she'll learn real customer service, but I've already decided their not worth my families kindness.

I initially began seeing Dr Hoffman about 10 years ago. Her and her staff are the nicest and are very personable people I have come across at a dental office. The office is very clean and laid back. I have had just about every type of procedure (cleanings, fillings, caps, etc.), and have been extremely pleased with each result. Dr. Hoffman is a true professional with great skills and ethics. Always honest with dental work that needs to be completed. I would never go anywhere else. All my family members go to her now for dental care; and I have recommended numerous friends and coworkers to them. Free parking I the building. The office staff is so sweet and personable and will bill your insurance for you so you pay very little or almost nothing fo the treatment there. As long as she is practicing, my family and I will be there.

Dr. Hoffman is absolutely wonderful! She is positively the best dentist I have ever been to. I had always been very anxious and quite afraid of dental work in general - the first visit was so thorough! She checked my entire for mouth for cancer, looked at my old dental work, was very gentle and kind. They have cutting edge technology with digital X-rays that you can see up in the screen in a second. After years of regular dental care from various dental professionals - she was the only one who saw immediately that I grind my teeth - which had resulted in a dull never ending headache that I just accepted as part of life never really knowing what caused it. Dr Hoffman made a simple fix of giving me a bite splint and I haven't had that headache since!!! Needless to say - I highly recommended Dr. Hoffman - my entire family (in-laws included) are now Dr. Hoffman's patients.

I had just gone through a horrible dental procedure at another dental office and and decided to turn to my family for recommendations. Several recommended Dr Hoffman and after conducting my own research I contacted Dr. Hoffman's office with my emergency . They offered to see me immediately! Upon arriving to my first visit to Dr. Hoffman's office I instantly felt that I was going to be in good hands. Morally at the front desk was incredibly helpful and sweet and everyone else was too. Once I saw Dr. Hoffman I explained to her that my previous dentist had refused to give me all of my dental records. Without hesitation they actually took the extra step to contact the other dentist and with just one brief phone call they obtained all of my records within minutes. Given my awful experience with this other dentist, I was an emotional wreck and was also deeply concern about the outcome of my teeth. Unlike most dentists I have visited in the past, Dr. Hoffman took the time to speak with me, explain in detail what had been done to me, and what specific steps she was going to take to reconstruct my smile. Undergoing the crowns procedure was anxiety provoking for me but Dr. Hoffman made the process super smooth and pleasant. I remember feeling dumbfounded the first time that I saw my temporary crowns . They looked amazing! I wore them for about 2 weeks and they felt perfectly normal and looked great. Getting my permanent crowns was somewhat a longer process than getting my temporary ones put on. Even though my permanent crowns were really great I felt like they needed a little modification. I am very much of a perfectionist by nature, and so I wanted my teeth to look 100% perfect. Dr. Hoffman worked with me on this and invited me to go to her dental lab to work with her technician on my teeth, who by the way is an outstanding artist! When Dr. Hoffman completed my procedure, I literally cried. My crowns look incredibly natural and just amazing. Importantly, I feel super comfortable with them and I don't ever even remember that I actually have crowns on! Everyone in her office is super welcoming, professional, and efficient. I am lucky to have found her office and I can't wait for my next visit!

I can't be more satisfied with the quality of experience I had at Dr. Hoffman. I do sales for a living and I have regular clients who expect a certain look, so I need to stay looking like me! What I wanted was a nicer look and for people to have a better, more positive response to me. From the first consultation, Dr. Hoffman took all of that in. She wasn't just looking at my mouth  she was trying to understand me. She made astute observations, and we discussed everything from dental health to finances. There was no pressure, but before I left I knew that she was absolutely the dentist I wanted to work on my teeth. Dr. Hoffman is meticulous, clearly very skilled and is interested and passionate about every aspect of her work. Of course, I'm extremely happy with my new smile and my teeth! I get lots of comments saying either that I look younger or just that I look great. I give Dr. Hoffman and her staff the highest, most enthusiastic recommendation, you can't find better dental office.

I found Dr. Hoffman through my insurance and she is the best. I called the office and requested a consultation. Dr. Hoffman and her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I really appreciate the positive vibe & atmosphere I feel when seeing Dr. Hoffman, which makes going to the dentist much more enjoyable. Now to the best part! I had been considering braces / Invisalign / or veneers for a few years now. Being a working adult, I didn't want braces or Invisalign and decided to get veneers to expedite the process. I have to tell you, I am extremely thankful for the amazing work Dr. Hoffman did because my teeth look great and the process was easy. When doing the consultation, Dr. Hoffman addressed all my concerns and also had a ton of before and after examples that were similar to my teeth, which really reassured me that my teeth would look great too. Dr. Hoffman genuinely cares about her patients and now I look forward to going to the dentist! Front desk is friendly, accommodating to schedule changes and providing pre-appointment notifications. Answered questions regarding my insurance that was very helpful.

Dr. Hoffman is really the best in the area! I researched long and hard, looking for the best dentist around and I couldn't find one thing I didn't like about Dr. Hoffman, her facility and her staff. There is never a wait time (they are always right on schedule), she makes you feel right at home, and there are never too many questions you could ask her. Morally is also amazing and handles all the scheduling, paperwork and answers any questions you have about insurance and financing. This office is great for everything from regular routine cleanings, to cosmetic procedures. You really won't find anyone better, or any nicer of a facility. My results are amazing and I couldn't be happier with the work I had done and the experiences I had there.

I never claimed that you could give an appointment in the same day. I never even asked for one. So I'm not sure what you're talking about. I simply just wanted an appointment.

Terrible experience trying to get an appointment at this office. They told me to come in so that I could get them insurance verification. They kicked me out of the office. Even after saying how much pain I'm in. I still was kicked out of the office.

Dr. Hoffman is the best dentist I have ever gone to. She came highly recommended and I in turn have recommended her to a number of friends and colleagues who are equally pleased. Even my wife, who ordinarily hates dentists generally , really likes Dr. Hoffman and this office. I have had a number of procedures over the years at this office: crowns, root canals, Invisilign braces, teeth whitening, two (molar) implants and, most recently gum surgery and installation of two front veneers. Dr Hoffman did absolutely beautiful work -- she improved my smile enormously without making it look in any way artificial. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Dr. Hoffman is not only a master at her craft, she genuinely enjoys her job and takes real pride in her work. And it is quite evident that she likes her patients, too. This is a first class office and I would never go anywhere else for my dental work. Loyal patient for life here!

I had been going to Dr. Lunt as long as I can remember. When he retired I never thought I would like a dentist as much as I liked him. But- now I have!!! Dr Hoffman is absolutely amazing! When I went through my first appointment with her, she was very thorough: all the information Dr Hoffman found -- such as the short roots on my front teeth I was afraid that Dr Hoffman would just say everything is a mess - we have to redo all the fillings etc etc etc. $$$$$. But she said everything looked fine. That morality was impressive. The way she examined my teeth, the way my cleaning went with them and the way my filling was fixed was top of the line and none of it was uncomfortable. So I have no problem knowing If I do what I am supposed to I will just have the cost of 2 cleanings a year - and some old fillings to replace occasionally. I really love everyone in the office. I am super scared of the dentists and usually get no sleep night before my dental appointments but luckily today I felt good and it was a lot easier to appreciate everyone there and how they work. And I am so impressed that they don't do what some of my friends have had happen when their dentist retired and they spent a new roof in an hour. Dr Hoffman is great!!! The staff is great!!!! And the equipment is impressive.

Dr. Hoffman and her staff are wonderful. My father is a retired dentist and it was really difficult going to a new office when I moved here. Dr. Hoffman made me feel comfortable and has done outstanding work on my teeth (as confirmed by my father :) . Dr. Hoffman and the staff are amazing with children. They made my 2.5 year old comfortable the first time in the chair and now 3 years later, she looks forward to all of her dental appointments. You can't go wrong with this office.

I started seeing Dr. Hoffman several years ago when I decided to have all of my old silver fillings replaced with tooth-colored fillings. I was very self conscious and emotional, but Dr. Hoffman and her team never made me feel uncomfortable about all the dental work I had done to that point, or would need to have done in the future. She made hours of work replacing those fillings much more bearable than I anticipated. After years of seeing her, I relocated for work, I was initially considering seeing a dentist closer to home. However, knowing how skilled she was, how much she cared about her patients, and how comfortable I felt in her office, I decided a 40-minute drive a few times a year would be well worth the experience. It felt like nothing had changed over the years, same comfortable environment, same skilled and caring dentist, and welcoming staff. I even decided to do Invisalign treatment, which she provided, to improve my smile. Dr. Hoffman's chair-side manner is pleasant and kind, as is her staff's (reducing my dental anxiety), and I've never had issues with billing/payments. I hope she stays in practice for many years to come, as she's the only dentist I want to see.

I found Dr. Hoffman through my insurance and she is the best. I called the office and requested a consultation. Dr. Hoffman and her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating.
