Please join us in welcoming Dr. Mallory Kuiper to our practice. Dr. Mallory Kuiper attended Purdue University for her undergraduate degree where she obtained her bachelors in Health Science in 2011. Following graduation, she immediately began at Indiana University School of Dentistry and wasawarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2015. Dr. Kuiper then relocated to coastal North Carolina where she was in private practice for six years. She loves the dental profession and enjoys building relationships with her patients that make the experience more enjoyable while working to improve their oral health.
Dr. Kuiper was born and raised in Indiana. She grew up on her familys grain farm in Modoc. She participated in4-H and continued to show livestock competitively through her dental school years. Dr. Kuiper married her husband, an officer in the United States Marine Corps, in July 2015 and moved with him to coastal North Carolina. After 10 years serving in the Marine Corps, Dr. Kuipers husband decided to pursue a different career path, and they excitedly made the move back to the Hoosier state to be closer to family. In recent years, Dr. Kuiper and her husband have grown their own family. They welcomed their first son, Klay, in January 2018 and another son, Kole, in January 2020. During her time off, Dr. Kuiper enjoys Peloton rides and spending time with her boys. She is very excited to be back in Indiana and looking forward to getting to know the patients at this practice.

Excellent Dental Treatment at DeHaven Family Dental. The entire staff is very friendly & highly professional. My crown was replaced relatively pain-free & I experienced very little discomfort later in the day.

I love Dr Kuiper and her staff!! They are so friendly and down to earth! Dr Kuiper, is very good at what she does, always answers your questions with options and allowing you to make the decisions on those options, she doesn't try to sell you something. For people who has an anxiety of going to the dentist, Dr Kuiper, gets the job done in a timely manner and with expertise and thoughtfulness. The dental assistants are all so friendly and wonderful. Staci, at the front desk, is so warm and kind, you rock Staci. Thank you all for being a spectacular team!

I've been coming here since high-school and even since moving out of town I'll still use a half day to come back when it's time for a cleaning. The staff has always been great and the new owner of the practice is wonderful as well.
