Absolutely beautiful office, friendly staff, and Dr. Smith was amazing with my 7 year old son that was very nervous about having a tooth extracted. Would recommend her to anyone searching for a new dentist. She also does my botox and has always made me feel at ease by explaining where and why I needed a unit. Thanks for always keeping us beautiful and comfortable.

EXPLICIT MADNESS

I went here over 10 or 15 years ago and had an extraction, I called in advance and was told in would be 100-150 in cash so I brought that amount. After I got the extraction and went to check out I was informed it would be 300 dollars for a single tooth. I told them I called a had gotten the price ahead of the visit, but they didn't care. So I paid the 150 dollars and then received an invoice saying that now I owed them around250 more making the total for one extraction 400 bucks. So I didn't feel I should be cheated like that. So then in 2014 I went there by orders of the US Army to have a partial built that would be paid for be the military. At my appointment I was told because of a small cavity on one tooth the partial would not be made, I was told she would NOT make it for me unless they or I paid for that to be filled. I reassured her they would do the filling themselves and that I just needed the partial made. Still she refused no matter what I said and then after me waiting over an hour came back and asked me to leave. This caused me to not get my badly needed partial plate and still don't because the next year PHA stopped paying for them., I then received a call two days later because I called and told them that I talked to the military dentist and he assured me he would do the filling, he just needed the partial made by them. They told me on the call that I was no longer able to be treated by them because they found I owed them money from the extraction From back years ago. But I am also sure that even though the work for my partial wasn't done that their was still money charged to the US Army for me sitting for an hour being told I could not get my work done. And today I called and asked if they except my insurance because I need so work done and was told yes but once I gave my name was told that I can't be seen by them, unless I want to pay of the extortion money for the extraction over 10 years ago. Even though it didn't bother them to take the military's money( they got paid for all their xrays they always need to do wether they try saying they didn't) without doing the work. So all in all this is how Smith dentistry treats Military personnel and Veterans. So seriously they should be ashamed of their actions. And I have never felt so poorly treated by a doctor or dentist in all my life. Aaron

The staff is really nice here. I felt like the hygienist didn't take too long to clean my teeth. They didn't feel "really clean" afterward. Otherwise, they were really nice!
