Dr. Bateson is a firm believer that everyone who walks through her door deserves to have a beautiful smile. With over 25 years of experience as a dentist, Dr. Bateson has continually placed a large emphasis on continued education and staying up-to-date with the latest technology. By participating in continued education classes from world-class dental leaders in the Seattle Study Club, Dr. Bateson and her team are able to provide their patients with a world-class experience and techniques that have been used by specialists in major cities and other countries around the world.
Dr. Bateson believes she has a tremendous opportunity to create a positive patient experience that will lead her patients to place their trust in her. Dr. Bateson and her team have built the practice based on this trusting relationship with patients and do not take it for granted. That trust makes for a happy and comfortable patient!
Dr. Batesons journey to owning her own practice began in Columbus, OH when she graduated from THE Ohio State University in 1995. From there, she bought a satellite practice which included only two chairs and three operatories at the time. Barely into her own residency, she was given the opportunity to purchase the office entirely. In 2007, as a result of the disastrous flood in Findlay, she was forced to move into an office with a local periodontist for two years. In 2008, Dr. Bateson purchased her current location and finished construction of the building in 2010.
Outside of work, Dr. Bateson stays busy with her four kids, attending their numerous sporting events. She also enjoys finding her zen by doing yoga and pilates. Her favorite vacation spot is in Whitefish, Montana at Glacier National Park. When winding down, some of her favorite TV shows to enjoy with the family include Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, and The Middle.

Angela told us our two year old was tongue tied and would need laser surgery, we went to two different pediatrician dentists and both said he wasn't tongue tied. Angela told my 5 year old and my husband they both needed 5 crowns each, we got two second opinions and both said that was silly and there was no way either needed any crowns. Run away fast from this dentist, she doesn't know what she is talking about and just makes up things to make money off of you

Listen. If you need a dentist and dental hygienist who DON'T speak to you like you're a loser for needing dental work- this is the place! I have had less than great experiences with dental care in the past, which led me to not really seek dental care the way I should have - leading to now less than optimal oral health. I am SO glad I reached out to Angela Bateson and her team. My visit was thorough, straight to the point and I feel like this is the BEST care I've recieved in a very long time. My dental issues were explained and demonstrated to me on xray and pictures. My plan of care included my input and started right away (my first visit). Cost, deductible, etc were explained to me BEFORE treatment, so I knew what to expect to pay out of pocket. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and reassuring. I honestly can't say enough GOOD about this office. If you were looking for a sign, this is it. Call them!!

They seemed nice enough, very clean and well organized office. My dentist of 25 years retired so I had to switch. They told me all the things wrong with my teeth my previous dentist never did. They redid one of my fillings and they didn't do it correctly so I had to have it done AGAIN, and now that tooth hurts. My dental coverage switched and I'm now with Dr Lewis and have been very happy with her. This was my 20th review request via text, so I thought I would accommodate.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have had many fillings and a crown here and it is always pain free and they are happy to educate you on anything you ask about. Highly recommend going here if you want a pain free and easy dentist appointment.

I had an amazing visit. Dr Bateson and her staff were simply wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The office is state of the art. All the rooms are partitioned off and the office has high ceilings and lots of windows so you don't feel claustrophobic. My hygienist (Christy) used an ultra sonic scaler to clean my teeth. They took x-rays of my teeth along with 3-D imaging of my teeth. Pretty wild seeing a 3-D image of your mouth on the scanner. Dr. Bateson is straight forward and gives an honest assessment. She is as sharp as a tack. This office's staff gives the warmness of being at Cracker Barrel, and the office itself is spot clean with all updated equipment. I highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with everyone at Dr Bateson office . I was extremely nervous to go. I have not had great experiences in the past at other dentist but the staff was so kind and comforting. I highly recommend.

I'm not a fan of going to a dentist at all. These lovely ladies helped me figure out a plan and help me fix my dental needs. I was impressed how they worked with my insurance coverage to lessen the blow to my wallet by utilizing my dental coverage. If you're looking for an excellent dentist this is the only place I will go from now on. Make an appointment and see for yourself.

An overall poor experience with 3 visits lasting over 3 hours, and a crown appointment that had me in the chair 7.5 hours. Decision making is sub-par, and their reception is difficult to communicate with. Would recommend using another general dentist.
