Angel Fire Family Dentistry operates with the understanding that we are a part of a larger healthcare team. This team includes but is not limited to the PCP, other physicians, dentist, other dental professionals, OT, PT, pharmacist, dietitian, and most importantly the patient themselves. We work alongside one another with the goal of improving the health of each patient as we understand the importance that each system plays in the health of the whole body. The experience at Angel Fire Family Dentistry should not be one that a dental patient is accustomed to receiving; from start to finish our staff will work to make each patient feel like they are part of our family and our team. Treatment plans will regularly include such things as Oral Hygiene Instruction, Nutrition Counseling, and Muscular Training and Therapy.
We provide full-service dental care to patients of all ages. The goal of treatment is to care for a patients oral health as it may pertain to the whole body. This starts with more complex treatment planning centered around finding the cause for disease and complications, and after removing the cause, treating the problem that has been created. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

After growing up in Southern California, Dr. Timothy Doolin moved to Chicago where attended Loyola University and completed majors in Biophysics and Biology with Minors in Studio Art, Mathematics, and Biostatistics. While at Loyola, he completed research on fluid dynamics and its relation to the development of microorganisms. Still fascinated with research he attended Midwestern University and completed a masters degree in Biomedical Research focusing on stem cell development in teeth. Remaining connected to the Midwest, Dr. Doolin attended the College of Dental Medicine in Illinois at Midwestern University. In his time at dental school, he received multiple honors as the top producing student, top clinical student, and spent additional time leading an advanced case management study club. Some of his specialties and certifications received in school include Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implants, Laser Dentistry, and Invisalign.
After dental school, Dr. Doolin moved to Angel Fire, NM in search of a rural community with ample access to Golf and Skiing. While growing his practice he began to notice a significant dental and medical need across the nation in the area of breathing and development. He had recently read the book Breath, and it inspired him to seek out the fields of homeopathic dental medicine and maxillofacial growth and development. He then completed an internship with Dr. Theodore Belfor, the inventor of the Homeoblock and began studying the de-evolution of humans and started using the Homeoblock and Pod to correct what has for a long time been considered uncorrectable. Since then, Dr. Doolin has been focusing on building a network of other healthcare providers so that they can work together to best provide for their patients and educate others on the growing issues in this field.
In his free time, Dr. Doolin enjoys golfing (he maintains a scratch handicap and has been invited to qualify for the US Open) snowboarding, hunting, backpacking, and volunteering. He has led and participated in multiple dental mission trips to Panama and Haiti. He also spent time volunteering at Chicagos Ruth M Rothstein CORE center providing no cost dentistry to patients with complex medical histories in the Chicagoland area.
One of Dr. Doolins greatest passions is his growing family. He resides in Angel Fire with his beautiful wife Vanessa and their 2-year-old Son and will soon welcome a daughter. The Doolins love being in nature, they have explored nineteen national parks since their wedding in 2017 at Yellowstone.
Vanessa moved to Angel Fire a few years ago with her husband Dr. Doolin. As the practice manager, Vanessa is focused on supporting their team and creating the best experience for patients. The reward of being part of an office that helps individuals feel and look their best is a great feeling. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, raising her children, serving her church, and meeting new people in the community. She is also been a runner for over fifteen years, and can not get enough of the beautiful scenic views her town provides.
Jackie recently joined the Angel Fire Family Dentistry team in November 2019. She grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she met and married her husband Tom. They moved to Florida where Jackie graduated from Palm Beach State College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 23 years before relocating to Angel Fire with her husband. Jackie has two grown children and one grandson. Jackies daughter and grandson live in Sydney, Australia and her son lives with his wife in Denver, Colorado. Jackie is not only looking to provide excellent dental care to her new local community but also exploring the new adventures this beautiful area has to offer.
Alison recently joined the AFFD team in June 2021 but has been a dental hygienist for almost 15 years. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and the Community College of Denver. Alison was born and raised in Colorado but has also lived by all three oceans! When she is not in the office you may find her on the slopes or exploring Angel Fire with her husband and three beautiful daughters. She is looking forward to getting to know her patients.
Jessica found a change in pace when she relocated to Angel Fire and transitioned to a more homestead life. As an office manager Jessica has loved learning and growing in the field. She has enjoyed working in an office that improves people's health and confidence. Getting to meet new people and ensuring they have a warm and loving visit is a top priority. When she is not working, Jessica can be found spending time with her loving husband, baking, or being a mom to her nine boys. She is also proud of her women's ministry that began in 2017. Her heart is to reach teens and moms in addiction as well as helping the homeless.
